We had not been there in quite a while so we decided to stop in and we were so happy when we left! I wanted catfish and so my husband had it as well. It was perfect. The service is outstanding and we will be back soon.

Very good food , gumbo is the best in town, every time. Any time we we want Seafood we go to Dudleys.

Mediocre food, dubious neighborhood, and about as Cajun as pizzahut is Italian. Dirty rice comes with almost everything, it was too dry and not very tasty. Fries appear to be handcut and were very good, chicken was nothing special. I found the prices were a little high for the quality of the food.

Best Cajun food in East Texas in my opinion. My particular favorites are Dudley's crawfish enchiladas, etoufee, crawfish pies, boiled crawfish (available in season only) and seafood gumbo.

My husband and I ate lunch here after seeing the Blue Dog Exhibit at the Longview Museum of Art. I had the "Hank Williams Jr." meal which included a seafood meat pie, dirty rice and seafood gumbo with coleslaw. All delicious! My husband ate a large bowl of seafood gumbo. Delicious too!

Dudley's is our go to in Longview for Cajun food. Being from Louisiana, we know what good cooking is all about and Dudley helps cure our cravings when we can't get back down South.

Have been here a few times and each time it has exceeded expectations. Service is great, food is awesome, and options are abundant. I had the crawfish pie lunch plate with dirty rice. Slaw is offered as soon as you sit down. A sprinkle of Howie's Cajun Dust on the slow and it is spectacular. The crawfish pie, etouffee, slaw,... More

There's something to be said about the nice hole-in-the-wall joints in terms of service level and food quality. Both of those traits exist in abundance at this joint. When I tell you that the food comes out quick, it VERY quick with great temperature and taste to boot. People are friendly and a good value. Chicken and sausage gumbo has... More

In town for business and as always, looked to Tripadvisor for guidance in selecting a local establishment to dine at. We decided on Dudley's due to the overwhelming positive reviews here. However, Dudley was not on his "A" game tonight, and I left very disappointed in the service and the food. We arrived and were put on a waiting list,... More

I had heard about Dudley's Cajun Restaurant in Longview, so when I had a chance to try it, I did. What surprised me is that most of the patrons were men. I took my 86 year old mother with me for lunch, and the place quickly filled up. I ordered the Crawfish Pie lunch special that came with dirty rice.... More
