Best kolaches in town. and the barbeque beef and pork sandwiches are juicy and meat is very tender. You can shop in the store while waiting for your food order. Great sidebar trip for kolaches!!!

We always have to stop at the nearest Czech bakery on our travels and this one was not disappointing. They have a really great selection of meat and fruit kolaches and coffee.

Kolache was great. Skip the bbq. It tasted like it had salsa in it. Employees weren't friendly. Restrooms were very clean.

I've had a taste of their kolaches before from a friend, stopped in here on a one day trip to the coast on the way both ways, tried the chocolate and peach kolaches and they were both very good. The store was nice and very clean as were the restrooms. Will stop by again when I pass thru.

Stopped in for gas and kolaches before heading back to Austin. Kolaches were very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Gas pumps worked well and spit out a receipt which doesn't always happen elsewhere. Will stop in again while rolling down 71.

Saw that the bakery was right down the road from our hotel. When we drove up it was at first disappointing because it was in a gas station. But once inside it was very nice. Also had a very pretty gift and children's clothing shop. Food was great.

I was able to buy kolaches from both bakeries. They have good stuff here, just didn't taste as good as the other bakery down the highway. You can't go wrong here, just my opinion.

My husband is part Polish, part Romanian. And all about Kolache (which, by the way, is the plural form of the word, as my husband just corrected me). Anyway, these kolach are truly the best we've ever had. And when I say we, I mean me, but only because my husband says his mother's were better.

Don't let the gas station fool you, this place has great pastries. My husband and I got hot sandwiches for our drive from Houston to Austin. We will definitely stop here more often, especially to pick up some homemade kolaches for breakfast. They also have other Texas made goods you can buy.
