The pie was good, service was slow, took our order quickly but 4 waters and the warming of small 3 pies took way longer than expected they were not that busy at the time. I will go back and try different pies and the selection of the savory pies looked really good.

I am so happy that we now live near this pie shop. I personally love the coconut pie. My husband loves the buttermilk pie. My daughter loves the almond joy pie. I have also tasted the pecan pie which was delicious. If you live in Kyle or are just visiting, you really will love this pie. The coffee is just... More

The lunch boxes are just the right amount of food! The meat is piled high , and the choice of cookie or brownie makes it the perfect lunch!

The make the best pot pies I've ever had. Just wish they sold the individual ones frozen like they do the larger ones.

We bumped into this from SanAn to Austin, and what a neat place. The town has all u need for a break from the road. The sandwiches are fresh and soft. The desserts were tasty. It's order-at-counter style eatery.

If you are a on a road trip on interstate 35, this is the place you need to stop and get some better than good eats. My friends and I came back to Kyle on a Geocaching Geotour road trip from Tulsa. I have 2 favorite pies in the case to pick out, Buttermilk, and the Coconut. There is even... More

This is one of the best kept secrets in the Texas Hill Country. The buttermilk chess and strawberry rhubarb pie are my all-time favorites. It is located in small town about halfway between Austin and San Marcos. This is a “do not miss” place whenever we have family or visitors from out of town and we almost always send our... More

Stopped here specifically because of its rating in Southern Living magazine. Worth it. Cute little restaurant with big taste. Got box lunches with sandwiches, chips, dessert and a drink. You can't finish this and have room for pie!!! Saved half the lunch and split a blackberry pie with ice cream. Super yummy. Go off the main street and visit here.... More

Oh, my! The pies here are like a heroin habit for those with a sweet tooth. Whole or slice, eat in or out. Yes. Their take-out casseroles (large= 8 servings, small= 4) are moderately priced (appx $7 and $13) and are frozen for sudden-guest days or for feeding that very night. The lunches are large, fresh, inexpensive. My tuna salad... More
