We spent all day on the road, touring the hill coubtry. Looked for BBQ all the way from Wimberley. Found the BEST customer service with Sharon and Susan! Super delicious BBQ - clean, cool, and comfortable dinner here in Kerrville. We will be back!

Meat was tender, loaded with plenty of mesquite flavor. The ribs were delicious as was the pulled pork. Potato salad was yummy. For dessert we had the buttermilk pie, something new to both of us. It was very good.

We have eaten there several times. We have also taken food home and have ordered food for a large gathering. Never disappointed. The staff is great, everything runs like clockwork.

We see this place every time we're in Kerrville, but never stopped to eat until yesterday. It will not be the last! Nothing fancy, but good food and good people! Had brisket and sausage plate, with potato salad and beans, topped off with a piece of buttermilk pie for dessert. Wife had brisket, potato salad and slaw with peach cobbler.... More

Bill's is the grand daddy of Hill County Bar-B-Q joints. Nothing fancy but good flavor served very simply amongst a lot of history. Tons of old pictures and memorabilia keep the experience real.

I had the stuffed baked potato with pulled pork. The potato seemed leftover from the day before, the beans had a burnt taste. The pulled pork was very tender and moist but I had to add a lot of sauce to get any flavor. The atmosphere was fun and the service was excellent which made the food all the more... More

The best in Kerrville and possibly the Hill Country. Be sure to go in and look around this barn like restaurant that mostly caters to take out but has a area with tables for eating. The best BBQ around. Must go if you love BBQ.

Tender BBQ goat (Cabrito) in a classic Texas BBQ pit setting. Brisket and chicken were really good too. Staff were very welcoming. We learned this has been a family business for 38 years. Recommended if you want an authentic Texas BBQ experience.
