Our family loves the outdoor dining at T-Bone Tom's. If it is rainy or overly hot, you can always request indoor seating. This is a great spot for excellent food outside the busyness of Kemah Boardwalk - yet you can walk to the Boardwalk if desired. The steaks and seafood and chicken fried steak are all excellent options. For an... More

Have been to this place a lot over the last decades. On the food, don't get carried away, this place has it roots as a BBQ joint and meat market. The brisket and sausages are good. You can sit outside when the weather allows, they have a full bar. We had one vegetarian with us and she found the veggie... More

We enjoyed the armadillo eggs and sausage appetizers. The entrees were excellent as well. We sampled the fried catfish, fried gulf shrimp, fried oysters and shark bite. The gumbo, potato salad and macaroni and cheese were not that good. The pieces of chicken in the gumbo were fatty. I did not care for the atmosphere of this restaurant. We would... More

Saw this place on TV and couldn't wait to try one of the armadillo eggs. I was not disappointed! Once of the best appetizers I've ever had. The meatloaf was good, calamari not so much. The restaurant itself is interesting. There is indoor seating, outdoor seating and a live band area. It looks like a place anyone can have a... More

We were referred to this restaurant by a hotel employee the night before a cruise out of Houston. There are three seating areas: two outside - from one you can watch the band (mostly rock) and from the other you can hear the band, which is where we sat. I did not check out the interior dining area. We started... More

Great place!! Love the atmosphere. ..and the service is great. I've never eaten on the inside...always out on the patio which is huge!! They have live music most nights and a small dance floor. Everything that I have ordered here was delicious!!! My personal recommendations. .the armadillo eggs for appetizer. These were featured on Diners drive ins and dives. My... More

We went here about three years ago. We didn't care much for the steaks nor the hamburgers. They were simply average. We went back again recently, just to see if things had changed. Nope. Still average. Much better choices available.

What a fun night at T-Bone Tom's BBQ. Great food, fun music and enjoyable evening of entertainment while enjoying a local beer and great food. If you are looking for a fun funky place with outdoor seating this is your place for a fun date or meal. Give Tom's a try at least once.

We ate here on a Saturday night, Mother's Day weekend. It's usually crowded and this was certainly no exception. You have to be a little proactive in getting drink orders when it's busy but that's part of the "charm". Just about anything except steaks and salads is fried. We had seafood and it was done quite well. Not greasy. I've... More

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kemah for business and walked to T-Bone Tom's. I have been here before and love the food and the porch with the live music. I love the armadillo eggs and the small filet was outstanding and cooked to perfection. It is really an outstanding restaurant and great time. Get there early because it... More
