Hubby had tenderloin sandwich it was good. I had the dagwood. Service was good but I just didn't see the hype. Maybe I should have tried the chicken fried steak because that is what they are known for.

The place itself had a very comfortable, down to earth setting. They have a wide variety of foods to choose from,. We ate barbeque , which was okay. They also offer seafood, burgers, and steaks. You can select your own steak from the meat market....More

After hearing so much about T-bone Tom's, when all was said and done, I thought it was a bit over rated. It was positively over priced for the area . It was quite loud, and I was very surprised to see several young children running...More

A long-time resident of a Houston suburb, I was familiar with T-Bone Tom's restaurant (and meat market), but strangely only learned recently that one of their featured meals was chicken fried steak. Served with two sides, the entrée almost overlaps the plate and is perfectly...More

They have a huge patio with live music or an indoor, air conditioned section. We sat inside and the food was excellent! Chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, fried okra and a side salad. Perfect southern, fried dinner!

We went for lunch and had the Pig Sandwich. It was a wonderful chopped pork with creamy homemade potato salad. Really good. Pleasant atmosphere. Good prices.

You must try the armadillo eggs! The chicken fried steak is as big as the plate. The brisket is good, even though here in Texas you come to expect great. The staff is nice as well.

Our son brought us here when we were visiting him and we were thrilled bc it was a great place for my spouse to have his steak Indian Style/Charred/Pittsburgh rare. So few people can char it the way he likes it so he was ecstatic....More

One of the drawbacks of having awesome food means having a crowded restaurant. The filet was a beautiful cut of meat. The restaurant crowded and busy. I would go back but would probably go early.

Great steaks and fun outdoor live music. Check the website for who is playing. Always have a great time there, but occasionally a wait.
