Was so happy to get the recommendation from my trucker friend to stop here for lunch. I had the brisket and rib platter, and my husband had the rib platter. We had to get to-go boxes there was so much food. The smokers are outside so you are getting authentic BBQ and it is real vinegar-based and not saucy. The... More

I mean FULL of fat. The meat was not trimmed at all, worst we have ever been served. We were exhausted... More

We've been coming here for 20 years during trips out west never to be disappointed...until today. Sadly I have to concur with other reviewers...that tradition is over. I had the chopped brisket sandwich that used to be luscious...this time it had 3 huge pieces of gristle plus it tasted like a jar of liquid smoke. My husband was also unimpressed... More

A nice place to stop and get some good Q. Highly recommend the flavorful chopped brisket. Nice clean restrooms. Interesting fauna on the walls.

I have stopped here at least 6 times in the last month while traveling through the area. By the third time, the staff recognized and called me by name. Pros-friendly staff, clean bathrooms and dining room. Fresh brewed sweet tea, almost as good as moms. Free drink refills while your there. Meat is weighed to ensure no one gets cheated.... More
