I had been to Auntie Skinner's many times over the years but my best friend had never been to Jefferson so I had to treat her to it. The food was delicious as always and the service was amazing (and it was very busy in there). She loved it and I know we will definitely be back!

Every time we visit this place we are always served great food! The great thing is they keep serving food until they close! If you're hungry at mid-night & they are open, you can eat!

My husband had the poor mans steak and he said it was ok. I had the chicken fried steak which is huge and delicious! Regina our waitress was on top of everything and has a great personality. We are here during the week and sadly won't be able to enjoy the nightly entertainment.

I will start off by saying that the food was delicious, and it all goes downhill from there! We ordered, and did not receive our food for an hour and a half!!!!! Why? There was a party of 30, which was taking up their resources, or so they say. NOT SO. Our waitress took the order, then never came back!... More

We stopped here to spend a Sat night. The band was awesome! Wait staff was great. Had a couple drinks and ordered cheese nachos. We had a very nice time. Not too smoky inside. Actually a great place to spend a Sat night.

We were visiting Jefferson & went to Auntie Skinner's twice. The first time was good, so we returned. The next time the service was slow, our order was incorrect & one of the meals was burnt. The waitress apologized, told the manager & our meals were comped (even tho we didn't/couldn't eat them anyway). We were told the cook had... More

Ate here a couple of nights while staying in Jefferson, to be fair there's not much choice through the week, but this place was great. Had a huge catfish dinner one night and then some good sandwiches the next. Very reasonably priced at under ten dollars a meal and only three dollars for a beer!! Our kind of place. Friendly...
