This restaurant has an extensive menu and everything we tried was just succulent. The service was great and attentive, the sushi was so fresh and yummy. The friends I brought were very impressed.

Decided to go here after the great reviews on Trip Advisor. I was not at all disappointed. This place is fantastic. I have tried sushi many times and finally I had some I truly enjoyed. Delicious, energetic, knowledgeable! Next trip to Dallas; I will stop by here for a meal.

Great Lobster sushi! The Blue fish is a wonderful upscale Japanese/Sushi bar. Service was quick for a Friday night and my waiter was very knowledgable of the menu and helpful. I had the lobster sushi and miso soup. Great dish but a lot for 1 person. Highly recommend this Resturant.

Went as the restaurant had good reviews and did not disappoint. Started with Toro sashimi that melted in your mouth and finished with moji. The atmosphere was great and will definitely go back.

I went to The Blue fish Las Colinas yesterday alone and really liked the speed of the service and the atmosphere of the place. The sushi itself was also great. It was a bit expensive but totally worth it!

Trendy menu, great ambiance. Either if you're looking for getting some drinks or dinner there is plenty of options. The combination of youngsters and mature clientele is kind of out of the ordinary, but great.

Always a good choice. Not the best of the best but very good. I've been several times and enjoy the rolls. There is a large bar area. Staff is friendly. I would recommend it. Parking sucks!

I was staying in Four Season Las Collinas hotel for 3 days and since I am a big sushi eater, I went every day to this restaurant to eat. Probably is one of the most busy restaurant in the area and that's because the food is great. There are more than one Blue Fish restaurant in and around Dallas and... More
