We decided to take our girls & their dance sisters out for a back to school, end of summer dinner. We wanted them to experience something different. The food was good & filling. Our visit was pleasant.

We just wanted a light, late afternoon snack. The hostess acted like we should know the restaurant lay-out and be familiar with their menus. She was not very helpful. The sushi was so-so.
Let me start by saying I love this restaurant! They are across the street from my building and the food is always perfect! I will say it is a little tough to go in and order a to go order. They have it set up where you have to go to the bar and no one is ever there. During... More
Benihana remains the same over the years, and that is not good considering how competition is moving. The cooks are less and less Japanese-like, and the whole experience is watered down. No new tricks, no new food, no new anything. And added to this, the restaurant decor is low quality and does not even try to get you to think... More
Just kidding our hibachi chef was a very entertaining Mexican boy named Juan. He was very good. The drinks we crazy high priced. I had a vodka and seven up. It was $8.51 thank god I only have a drink once every 2 years. I found it odd that the food comes out in sperts. I guess thats how Japanese... More
We've been to a Benihana resto in Florida before. This is only the second time for me. The place was nicely decorated. We were a group of 8 which was perfect for one table grill. We saw smaller groups seated with other smaller groups to make it to one grill table. I like the volcano antic our chef made using... More
Schticky and silly but still has the best fried rice since the first Asian crossed the Pacific to bring us their wonderful cuisine!
I went with colleagues. There was a wait time for 15 mins as it is pretty crowded during lunch in weekdays. Everybody ordered some drinks and entrees for hibachi. I tried Passion fruit lemonade and spicy hibachi chicken, which was really good. The Chef did lot of fun stuff for us and entertained us with his tricks! The food was also... More
We went for a special occasion and ended up spending over $60 just for a basic dinner and we drank water. The hibachi steak was tender but the vegetables, the meat, and even the fried rice was way under-seasoned. Even with the sauce that they provided, the whole meal was very bland. Just some basic seasoning like salt-and-pepper would've made... More
Japanese-style hibachis service with wide choice of entress - steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster. The service is very good and a great setting for a family or friends celebration.
