Okay the food was fine, but not good enough to offset the horrid service. Never offered drinks, no refills on water, never brought the ticket, never checked on us. When we got the hostest to get our ticket the waiter overcharged us $30 by running...our card for another table. Had to teturn to the restaurant and talk to the manager. Hopefully it will go through correctly. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Watched another table walk out, so it wasn't just us.More

Loved the Dallas location and was anxious to try to Irving location with friends. Paid a Uber to drop us off there and we were greeted at the door at 9:05 by the hostess with the sullen expression that said “you have 10 minutes”. And...I said we wanted to have a drink and enjoy our meal she said well we close in 20 minutes. What a horrible customer experience! We called Uber and went to another restaurant with our group.More

I was looking for some yummy authentic Mexican food while I was in TX & I definitely got it here. The waitress was really good & the manager came out to greet us. I would recommend

We've eaten here before with mixed results, but we just celebrated a family birthday with the weekend brunch buffet, and I have to say, it's a great bargain, and well worth the trip. The value and atmosphere here are great for a family gathering, and...everyone can either get breakfast or lunch, Mexican or sort of not. The food is plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, mostly Mexican, of course, but they also have lots of choices from appetizers to desserts, including chicken strips and mac & cheese for the little ones. If you're a picky connoisseur, probably not your best choice, but I highly recommend the brunch buffet to make most of your group happy and not break the bank.More

Sunday I went to Mattitos for Sunday brunch with my family. We were seated immediately and food was good as usual. I used a card that had just enough money on it. I paid then the next day, my card was charged 10 more dollars...and caused my card to go into the negative. I called to get it resolved. Still not resolved. Don't use your card at Mattitos. Pay cash.More

Lakisha, my manager determined that the gratuity was accidentally placed on your card and omitted from the card of another guest at your table. There was no fraud, just an honest mistake for which we are truly sorry. Our office team is in the process...More

Food was just ok. The Charro beans were way too salty. The Burrito, which is to have cheese in it, had none. The queso over the enchiladas and over the Burrito was way too salty. Service was good but the salt was way too much...on a lot of our food.More

Visiting Dallas. Looking for lunch. Never been to Mattito's. Maria was amazing. Great recommendation on quick and light lunch. Bob's dip was fantastic. Chicken fajitas lite was perfect. Clean. Friendly. We need one of these in Columbia!

Been there 5 times in the last few months , never ate there .Yesterday Sunday 12-27-19 ask for a table they took us back to the back to a booth and again I said a table please she said okay and took us around the...room went back up front and told me that the east side of the restaurant was closed it would probably be 45 minutes or so . They had two families or something taking up all the tables put together in the room so why was the other side of the restaurant closed? Time before 12-27-19 we went there they took us to the East side the restaurant back in the corner we started to set down and was told by someone no we could not set there for some reason I don't remember the reason we were given and we're taking back up front and told it would be awhile before they could get us a table . The three times before went there and could not be seated within a respectful amount of time we drove to Lewisville they were crowded but they had room for us we waited about three minutes for table sit down and had brunch. Oh yesterday 12-27-19 I did call the manager and talk to him he didn't really care he was on speaker phone in the vehicle and when I hung up everybody laughed maybe they should have closed that one except the one in Lewisville open ….More

While their basic queso was creamy and very tasty, everything else was just average. Cheeses enchiladas were plain with a very poor chili sauce. Tacos were unremarkable and the service was below expectations. Very disapponted.
