These people do southwest cuisine the way it's meant to be done, served up with a huge dose of southern hospitality. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, it feels like you've entered the Republic of Texas, where they know how to make people feel like they're glad you're there.

Wow! My boyfriend and I are from New York. We were looking for a Texas style restaurant, and that's EXACTLY what we got! The staff is all authentic "Texans", if you will. We got a queso blanco appetizer (yum!) . Chicken Fried Steak was amazing as well. But I'd have to say the highlight was the pecan pie. Best I've... More

I met up with a client at The Ranch last week. I picked The Ranch because I knew from a previous visit that the food and drinks were great. It didn't disappoint again. I had the filet mignon stuffed with garlic. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and was one of the best steaks I've had. I picked the... More

Flank steak salad was very tasty the tomato vinaigrette was excellent. Fish tacos were also very good. Homemade tortillas had excellent texture. Great bar area perfect to watch football or for happy hour.

Went to The Ranch last night for a company dinner. The menu has everything from elk tacos to country fried steak to venison chili and everything in between. Waiters and waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. Bar tender is willing to concoct just about any drink request. The atmosphere is loud and fun but not so loud you can't have... More

Wow, this set the bar. Had a medium 8oz filet and asked for the bone marrow butter sauce and it was good.

We were in town on business, it was late and we wanted to find a place to site down and eat. We found the Ranch and the food was really good. The restaurant was winding down for the night and so there weren't a lot of people there but it looks like a place to bring family and friends for... More

the service was a little slow, might have been under staffed where we sat, however the fish tacos and the BBQ hamburger were very delicious! I would recommend coming here if you have out of state guests and have 90 min for lunch - its not a quick in and out restaurant - it is great for the atmosphere.

First time to this place in a strip of restaurants.Very busy, but ample parking. One hour wait for a table at 6:50, open seating at the bars.. Chose the outer bar with a stage, the band was starting at 7pm that opens to an outdoor wrap around deck with different levels, a fire pit added a nice touch. The bartender,... More

Loved the ranch at Las Colinas. Came for a business dinner, the staff were friendly. Promptly seated at 5pm without reservations as well. Reasonably priced for a high end steakhouse.
