In town for a day with one friend, we had lunch with another friend who lives nearby. We all had a different salad (I had the chicken tender salad) and although all of our salads were delicious and fresh, my friend’s salad had a rather...large piece of plastic in it. Very weird. Waitress was good, bathrooms were clean. Not sure I’ll be back.More

This restaurant is the average joe of the restaurant world. It's overpriced burgers that are dry and basically tasteless. The "bottomless fries" are also just average fries sprinkled with a little garlic salt.

I eat here maybe once a month for at least three to four years. I love the french fries, but at times they've been cold and that is very disappointing. The bottomless fries allows you to get as much as you want. In the last...year the fries have been almost always hot. The appetizers are excellent, especially the onion rings. I love the wide variety of burgers. On this occasion I ate with my son his wife and their two children. Our Burgers & Fries, mac and cheese all were good. I could not get our waitresses attention to get a refill on drinks. She look right at us and she still passes by. I was a little miffed and put my Empty Glass on my head and finally she came and said okay I'll get you your drink. When she did she didn't get the drinks for the rest and then had to go back and do it. Later she says you're fine and failed to ask if we wanted more fries is all five of us had fries. I asked for more fries. Every other time I've been here with an adult's each adult got a basket of fries. We got a small basket of fries for the five of us. When we finish this I ask for another basket of fries she was very visibly upset. I went to pay for the meal which is $54 on their electronic pad, it would not take their Red Robin gift card. She again looked at me when I kept trying to get her attention and kept walking by. I had to get a waiter from the bar you to cash my ticket out so that I could pay for the meal. I normally tip around 20%, but my family and I were not happy and she got a whole $2. I don't like doing that and this is the first time I've ever gotten really really bad service here. They are often quite busy and it does take time to get service oh, but this is the first time they refuse to come by the table. This is the first time I've ever got it a waiter or waitress it wasn't friendly. I assume they had a bad day, but it will be a while before a return. I love the place, but I don't like being appreciated for being there.More

We went in on Sunday the 7th of July around 1pm. We had a 30 minute wait to be seated. We had another 30 minute wait there about to have a waiter show up at our table. We ordered veggie burgers with fries, and sweet...potato fries. It took about 20 minutes for them to bring us some fries. The waiter apologized for the bad service. Two veggie burgers with fries will run you about $25 plus tip. The waiter got a $2 tip, but really didn’t deserve anything! It’s cheaper to go to a Burger King. I really can’t recommend this restaurant.More

After trying many burger 'joints' in town, we gave this one a shot. We can now say that we will no longer go anywhere else for a burger. The bottomless fries are great and the beer is cold! The bartenders are wonderful! Thank you to...Cash, Kalli and Ashley! You always make our day when we come in!More

I like this place for many reasons, bottomless fries, bottomless beverages (freckled lemonades), The Burnin' Love and the Royal Red Robin Burgers.!

My daughter and I have eaten here often, and the food is always delicious! We ate lunch here yesterday (June 30) and our waiter (Shawn) was out of this world!! He assisted my daughter in signing up for their rewards program in addition to taking...our food and drink orders. I don't think I've ever had such excellent service. We had a to-go order also and he even helped us carry the drinks out to our car. Thank you, Red Robin, for your absolutely delicious food, and thank you, Shawn, for going above and beyond in taking care of us. You are THE BEST!!! By the way, I've seen reviews where people say this is a "heart attack on a plate"....yes, there ARE healthy options available!More

So yes, I went to a place famous for their hamburgers and I got the salmon burger...I wasn't wanting a heart attack on a plate so I tried the salmon and it was actually very good. The salmon filet was about an inch thick at...the widest part and it was cooked perfectly. My wife wasn't very hungry and most items on the menu are typical American sized portions (way too much) so she had a cheeseburger. She thought it was just ok. However, our friends split a Smoke & Pepper burger and thought it was excellent. Maybe all the added items cover up a mediocre piece of beef? We also got an O-ring shorty to try their onion rings. They were very good. Not too much breading and solid rings of onion. Wish we'd gotten the full size tower but better for our waistlines that we didn't. Yes, I'd go back but stick to one of their specialty burgers (or try the salmon burger) and definitely try the onion rings!More

I have been to a few Red Robin locations. This one was cleaner than some, but my burger was not medium. It was well done for sure. We also got nachos that were good but lacking in chips. Service was excellent.
