Hair in the food!!!! We have been there with the whole family, my mother ordered the boneless chicken and she found the hair around the chickens . We called the waitress and told her there is a long hair in the food and instead she...replace the food and apologize she changed the actual plate and kept the same chicken in different plate. This is a shame!!!!! Such a places must get closed and no one go there with their hairy foods. Not recommend it at all unless you want to have junk food with hairs . We are reporting this to BBB and also let everyone knows about such a cheap hairy place.More

One of the restaurants I will always visit when I am in the Houston area. The food is wonderful along with great service. You have to try the Kashk-E Bademjan, toasted eggplant puree with sauteed onions, garlic, mint, and Kashk which is awesome with the...flat bread. I always then have the Manicheh Lamb Shank that comes with their Persian rice. I ended the Bastani Sonnati the saffron Ice Cream with Rose Water.More

From time to time I visit the cafe. It is a Persian cuisine cafe. Pros: 1. Good location. 2. Nice ambiance. 3. Perfect food. 4. Affordable prices. 5. Polite and responsive staff. 6. Pleasant background music. 7. Large space. 8. Accept cash and plastic cards....Cons: 1. No loyalty membership program. At least I am not aware of any. 2. No wifi. Hope the management will think about cons. My rate is 5 out of 5. I recommend!!!More

I enjoyed the service, atmosphere and character of this restaurant. I was not totally satisfied with the seasoning in a few items... One of my favorites being Sharazi, it did not have the zing I normally get from the taste of the salad, there was...not black pepper. in it It was okay but the best. The Kobideh also dis not have what I thought may have been less pepper of lemon juice than what i am used too, again it was just okay. This being my first visit and it was late, I will give it another chance, during a lunch hour in the future to see if perhaps this was simply a chef or preparation issue fo seasonings.More

We were craving some Middle Eastern food and good ol Trip Advisor showed this place nearby. Good call! We were there on Easter Sunday afternoon and it was about 3/4 full by we still were seated promptly. Many families of ME/Persian origin there which is...always a sign that the food will be good. And it was! We got the sampler, hummus, taboule, and some other stuff which was great. The flat bread they serve with it was also very good. We both got something from the stew portion of the menu, both were very good. The place/service was great and family friendly, as they were more than willing to heat up some baby food for us. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for dessert, but no prob since we’ll definitely return!More

Don't really understand why I failed to visit Cafe Caspian in the last few years while going to so many mediocre places... This is a perfect spot to enjoy the natural flavors of fresh herbs, vegetables, chicken, beef and lamb with subtle spices. No overwhelming...spices and sauces! Freshly baked bread from a clay oven, every minute! Desserts you MUST have: the saffron ice-cream with pistachios and the baghlava! I will be back more often!More

Ate here with a Persian business acquaintance and he did the ordering. We sampled about everything and is was excellent. Persian food is not meant to be hot, so some of the comments I read are a little off base. Eat Indian food if you...are looking for the heat. Dinner and service was excellent and the baclava for desert was amazing. Thank you for a great evening!More
