Corn chips were okay had a weird soapy smell to them. But service was good and thr food was fresh. The salsa was weird too I dont know what was up with it but it had a funny taste like the chips.

One common thread among all the Pappas restaurants is the use of fresh food and good service. The atmosphere is relaxing and casual. Tables are available on the deck/patio. Expect a wait time to get a table on Friday and Saturday nights. If you have trouble getting into the lot go to Cutten Road and come into the parking lot... More
Great food and great services. Service is a little slow when they are very lack but not too much of a problem. We always sit at the bar if the restaurant is pack. The bar service is alway better in my opinion. The food is always excellent. The customer service is great and if there's a mistake, the manager always... More
So we came here and ate and its amazing the best part is that they come to your table and make the guacamole from scratch it was simple amazing. The tortillas are made in front of you so everything is home made.
I had a nice experience here for lunch. The restaurant can hold a lot of diners, was clean and has an enjoyable atmosphere. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food portions were large. The prices were reasonable. I enjoy this type of Mexican food so will return when in the area. Worth a visit.
We used to love Pappasitio's, every locaiton, year after year. This Willowbrook place was a family favorite for..ever. Until 7-8 years ago and the service stopped. I mean, practically actually stopped. It's all but self-serve now. The waiter won't bring chips and dip, you gotta go find that place in the restaurant and the little guy filling the baskets will... The food is good here, but we waited for quite a while for our server to come and she never did. We finally flagged a waitress down and ordered right away. People kept coming into the room with orders, but seemed to be confused as to where they went. It seemed very chaotic. Service needs to improve.
Standard Fare i wish i could its eclectic or unique but it's actually a standard Mexican Chain Restaurant that serves good food. Don't get wrong it's good, but it's a chain. So it's standard food. But that aside the food is good for Tex-Mex and you get a huge amount of food for your money which is medium priced.
Best value in town. Houston has very bad economy due to oil price war. Restaurant business hits the lowest point. Taking advantage of 1/2 price promotion, we enjoyed dinners very often. Beef fajita was very tender. But avocado dip didn't taste the same as before. Otherwise, it deserves 5 stars.
