Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
Chef Tracey Hassett created this crab cake recipe starting with six ounces of jumbo lump crab blended with Parmesan, cheddar, and provolone cheeses. Served with remoulade sauce.
Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Six large mushroom caps, stuffed with jumbo lump crab meat, and topped with melted Brie.
Texas Quail Bites
Four skewers of grilled marinated quail wrapped in bacon and a thin slice of jalapeño. Served with stuffed jalapeños, spicy ranch dressing and Dr. Pepper® barbeque sauce.

I love this place, it's not fancy penny like Pappas Steak house, but the food is well priced and the steaks are always perfect. I go about four times a year for over two decads. It's wonderful

If you have not visited the Taste of Texas at least once, you are missing out on a great dining experience. Their steaks are amazing and the salad bar is by far the best one out there. Go, you will not be disappointed!!!

Everyone comments on the steaks at Taste of Texas. They are great but they also have a delicious salad bar with a wide variety of salads. It is an impressive restaurant for a great salad.

The food was good daughter had a great Greek Salad and we had shrimp senior plates. Food was served fast as we had to attend a play. The restaurant was clean and the service was good.

You will see nice jeans being worn, but they do have a dress code. Basically, business casual and up to more formal from there.
