Best Turkish restaurant in town. Amazing Kenafe. Only problem is that they are chronically understaffed.

Went here with a couple of friends to try out Turkish food before my upcoming trip to Istanbul. Lahmacun was delicious along with the Iskender kabob. Definitely recommend it to anyone craving some Turkish grilled food. Do not miss out on the kunefe for dessert!...More
We started the evening at one restaurant but after an hour of bad service and no food (review written elsewhere), we were still craving Mediterranean and found Nazif's grill only 10 minutes before closing and they said "yes, welcome" The place was 80% capacity (a...More
We showed up super late due to having a horrible experience at another restaurant. Nazif's staff was friendly, welcoming and super helpful with questions about the menu. Food was amazing and resturant was nice and clean. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Excellent Turkish food hidden in a busy corner on Westheimer. We went there based on a friend's recommendation and we continue to enjoy its offerings. A variety of kebabs and other Mediterranean faaire is available. Decor is spartan as you would expect from a family-owned...More
We've been used to great food from Nazif for years and today was close but not like before. Kabab was not as good and rice became tomato based burgul. Doner wrap needs more sauce to give it moisture. Lamachun was awesome. Problem with Nazif is...More
