We had a lunch meeting here this week and I was eager to try it after seeing all the great reviews. The food was excellent but our server was horrible. She actually kept waving her hand at my colleagues and myself saying, "yes, yes, I got it and I know, I know!" One of my colleagues can not have alcohol... More

I was surprised at the high quality of this place. It is 5 star in the suburbs. They have amazing food, service and atmosphere. I highly reccommend the Beef Wellington and the Lemon Tarte. They have their own bakery and dessert Chef. I would even say it is worth the drive if you are on an opposite side of town.

Le Mistral is simply the best French food in Houston. They do all the classic dishes, including foie gras, escargot, beef wellington, and onion soup. My favorite is the Chilean Sea Bass. The wine list is full of French wines, including some from the lesser known appellations that are more moderately priced. Desserts are not to be missed. They all... More

An exceptional dining experience in the heart of the energy corridor. Exceptional ambiance, food, presentation and service (thanks Francis). Le Mistral will be a mandatory stop every time we are in Houston.

We held a double celerbration of a birthday and anniversary here. The food was superb, the server was attentive, the setting was classy. We were very happy that we came here. Must try their chocolate souffle and creme brulee!

Chef David and Chef Lionel truly love what they do. The Chef's Table is an awesome experience. Every employee at Les Mistral is an expert and is enthusiastic about your experience. The food is superb and the staff is incredible.

We moved in the area over a year ago and were looking for a good place for dinner ...wow what a fantastic surprise. It is now our go to place for celebration or whenever we feel like it . We also reserved the "chef's table" where you eat in the kitchen and where the chef himself joins you to prepare... More

We enjoyed the Rib eye steak. The scallop appetizer was great. The Sea Bass dish would have been better tasted if we did have them pour the lemon grass sauce over the rice. This made the rice soggy. We loved the fresh bread. The only thing we wondered was the butter that came with the bread. It's green. We figured... More

This is a close as you will get to authentic European dining, from the greeting to the au revoir the service, food and atmosphere is first class. I had a glass of Champaign to wet the pallet, and a half bottle of Côte de Beaune to go with the duck, not a good pairing you might say but my taste... More

I went to France three times in my life, two to Paris, one to the South near Gironde delta. Every food that I had in restaurants was good, some of them, amazing. Le Mistral brings to Houston the taste of France. Today was my second time here, just for a shrimp salad and a coffee with my wife. Fantastic, very... More
