They put a nice char on the chicken and chops. The wines on their list are great finds from around the world and are fairly priced. Happy hour offers ½ priced glasses on open bottles and a red and a white bottle at half price. Order at the counter and take a beeper to your table. Study the menu before... More

No fresh fettuccine... so so restaurant. Fresh spaghetti and fresh rigatoni are good. I asked similar fettuccine noddle, but they said they don't have it.

We enjoyed fabulous panini's and a pizza at lunch. Take advantage of the lunch special - half a panini and a salad are ample for lunch and delicious. The pizza's do take a bit longer, but the fresh tasting sauce and quality toppings are worth the wait. Can't wait to try a pasta dish here. Definitely going back. Counter staff... More

The atmosphere and the service is good, however the food leaves a lot to be desired. The food preparation is wildly inconsistent. I have been there 4 times ( and that will be all i think ). One time having pasta so spicy i couldn't eat it, and one time where the pasta for both myself and my wife was... More

This is a quaint low key restaurant only has about 15-20 small tables. Thankfully we got there right before the dinner rush. A line forms fast. It's truly a hidden gem on a pretty busy street. From what I could tell the menu covers sandwiches, pasta, pizza, wine, desserts and coffee. All made in house according to the server. I... More

I went with my daughter and fiancé for a Friday night dinner. We ordered the Nonna pizza(I think that is the name) and Salmon sandwich. It took over 35 minutes and when we asked about the order the employee told us they were waiting on the pizza. Remarkably it appeared 5 minutes later. The pizza was cold and it tasted... More

We eat here regularly, every time we visit family in Houston. Reliably efficient, flavorful, healthy, affordable, and comfortable. Recommended for singles, couples and families.

Another must if you are in the Montrose Area of Houston or nearby. You order at the desk on arrival then seat yourself. We shared a couple of pastas and a large Italian Family Salad which was huge. They only have a few deserts on offer at lunch time but they were OK for our purposes. A happy hour on... More

A coworker recommended Paulie's saying that it is lighter Italian food. We ordered food to-go and when we arrived the line was out the door - always a good sign. We ordered a 1/2 order of Fettuccini Alfredo ($8) with grilled chicken ($5) and a grilled shrimp ($4) Caesar salad ($7). The portions were excellent. The 1/2 order of pasta... More

I got the chicken Picata It has such great flavor, it was delicious. I chose fruit with it instead of pasta. The fruit had a delicious mango sauce on it. I love the ginger lemonade and I mix it with the tea. You have to try the cookies they are scrumptious?
