The best pasta I have eaten so far. The linguini "fruto del mar" were outstanding (pictured). Lobster raviollis are amazing as well. Highly recommended place to shop pasta for pure gourmandise or prepare diner for guests.

Decent frozen pasta but not anything close to what we expected, given the glowing reviews. When I want fresh pasta, I want freshly made pasta period. -Not pasta that has been freshly made then frozen. I want handmade mozz that’s still warm....I want aged Italian...cheeses in visible view, and I want to smell the Italian bread baking nearby. This frozen nonsense is not what we consider ‘fresh’ pasta. There’s no way to tell exactly when it was made. If it wasn’t made on the day of my visit, then I do not consider it freshly made. It’s like walking into an ice cream shop, and all they have is vanilla ice cream...no toppings, no real choices, no cones even! That said, the frozen meat lasagne, frozen chicken lasagne, frozen ravioli and frozen sauce we purchased were in fact decent, -for frozen food. For the $39.80 we spent though, I expected it to be a lot more memorable than it turned out to be. Granted, it was better than the mass-produced frozen pastas you find in many grocery stores, but that is not saying much. There was one table inside the store, but no drinks or way to heat the food you purchase, so it is take out only. The establishment appears very clean and tidy, which is why we purchased frozen food to go. Our quest for actual five-star Italian in Texas continues, I guess, but I’m not holding my breath.More

The purpose of my trip to Italy was to try the different types of pasta. I came to Houston to visit and went to Fabio's. The same taste I had on Italy. The fresh pasta is really delicious. Thanks

Fabio's is a good place to buy fresh pasta at prices that seem reasonable. I bought pappardelle for $4.50 a pound.

My new go-to place for fresh, handmade pasta. The owner was very helpful in recommending sauces to pair with each pasta selection. The mushroom ravioli paired with pesto sauce was over the top good. We also tried the butternut squash ravioli paired with a sage...sauce. Also fantastic. Even better, my daughter loved everything, and I was the dinner hero!More

I am a regular customer of Fabio's, I tried most of the pasta and the sauces ... hands down its THE best I've found so far in Houston. The dough is just perfectly done, not too thick not too thin, and the fillings are so...fresh and tasty !! Prices are really good and the staff including Fabio and his wife are just the nicest people, they will do everything to help you out and please you with some custom made pasta. One recommendation: the tortellini with 3 cheeses and spinach ... Waow !More

Not a restaurant. Retailer to buy fresh pasta and sauce mainly. You have to cook the pasta by yourself.

Mainly for carrying out but I remember they have small tables. I don't know if you can sit there. Fabio is a very nice person, give him a call. I loved his pastas. When I return to Houston definitely I will go there again.
