We went here for a quick lunch. The waitperson could speak English very well. The food was okay. When we paid, they couldn't figure out how to use the credit card. They ended up locking the card for too many uses!

Good for a quick lunch

Needed to get in and out quickly but didn't want fast food. I was sceptical when I noticed only one other car in the lot but went in anyway and I am so glad I did. Clean, friendly and really, really good. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

We orders delivery online. It took 90 Minutes for the food to come. The food was cold and tasteless. They charged us $90 and only delivered half the food. I called And complained they said they would send what was not delivered. They never Sent. The next day they lied and said they sent full order. They charged us $90 for one order Shrimp and chicken, one order or egg foo yung, and one order sweet and sour chicken we did not order. What a ripoff. Don't ever use. Beware

Amazing and Delicious Food!

My daughter and I ate here recently and were delighted to find a new, fave restaurant! I enjoyed the chicken and vegetables, while my daughter loved her Hawaiian Chicken. Initially, I was worried because my sauce was not the white sauce I am used to, but was a brown sauce. I was worried because I am allergic to MSG in large quantities and the brown sauce usually has it. But not this sauce! I asked our super-nice young server if she would hold the MSG and she said yes. It was so tasty and delish that I knew there was no MSG. We also loved their steamed pork dumplings and Vietnamese-style spring rolls. YUM! We can't wait to go back. Even the egg drop soup tasted homemade. My husband and I will take our other kids this weekend! Super food value!! Reasonable prices :) It is also cozy and quiet so you can actually have conversations while you enjoy your meal! YEAH!

My sister ordered the house special pan fried noodles, and it was super delicious. I had the lo mein, it was ok. Once i mixed the rice with it, it was fantastic. The wontop soup was delicious! The service was pretty fast, we ordered delivery.

Good Service and Good Food

Went here because we were in the area and were pleasantly surprised with great, prompt, friendly service and yummy food. I had the fried rice lunch special and my daughter had the mixed vegetables lunch special. The wonton soup was good as were the egg roll and spring roll. The decor is minimal but clean and bright. I would definitely be back when in the Willowbrook area.

New Yen Jing Cafe serves the best Chinese food ever! I have ordered take-out and free home delivery as well as dining in the restaurant. Conveniently located in the Willowbrook area (249/Gessner) near World Market. Service is excellent. Very polite and efficient. Food is hot when delivered, either to the table or to the front door. My favorite dish is the Lemon Chicken and the combination rice. Other dishes are equally delicious and those I have not yet tried look quite tempting. I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good casual dining experience.

Great Chinese Food!

I have been eating lunch here for about 4 years when in the area. The food has always been good, hot, and tasty! I always get the Triple Delight and hot and sour soup. They appear to do a heavy take out business, so I know others like it. The cost is moderate and the service has always been fast and friendly. I highly recommend it!
