Horrible servant. Been with this place for over 19 years. Was informed today that the free house rice was no longer free with orders of $40 or more. A perk I seem to find worthy for my commitment over the past 19 years. When I...questioned the server, she replied that I didn't have order from them if I did not like the change. Now you have to order $55 worth for a free bowl of rice. Sad. After 19 years as a loyal customer, I would thing they would at minimum give a hoot. Canceled my order! Never again. Their loss.More

Restaurant is located like in a hole-in-wall area. Basic, bland interior. Food. Pretty authentic. Fresh. Everything was delicious. Probably one of the best Chinese restaurant not really known about in this area. Would definitely eat here again. Maybe not dine-in though!

Our first stop at Imperial Hunan. I thought it had recently opened, but our waitress stated they had been open for 3 years. It's located in a strip center that does not face Highway 6, so the location doesn't jump put at you. Atmosphere -...very basic. A few booths and tables which were clean, but if you like some ambiance with your meal, you'll be disappointed here. On to the food - We ordered kung pao chicken (extra spicy) and chicken & vegetable - both were very good with fresh ingredients. My request for extra spicy was even honored (unlike some other places we've been). Also had the egg drop and won-ton soup. The egg drop was good, won-ton soup wasn't. The broth tasted old/burnt. Service was friendly, but we were the only table in the place. All other orders were carry out. I complained about the won-ton soup, but they did not take it off my bill.More
