We had been traveling all day and needed a quick dinner before bed. Although we had to walk from our hotel along a busy highway to get to the restaurant, it was worth it. The food was good and the service was great. Very relaxing...and just what we wanted.More

Service was average, food was average, drinks were underwhelming. Didn't expect much from a hotel restaurant and didn't get much. Ordered an appetizer and it never came out. Special drinks were not very good. Food was average. Server was friendly.

I had dinner here a few days ago with my 17 year old daughter. Picked it based on its trip advisor rating of 172 out of 7,800. That’s a mistake. The food, service and ambiance was good, but not THAT good. Tortilla soup was the...best thing we had, a bit above average. The turkey panini was average at best. Bayou gumbo was just ok. Crackers brought out were Ritz which was odd!!! It looks a bit like a Denny’s on the inside...better than Denny’s but not by much. If looking for good to excellent dining —-go elsewhere.More

We were definitely disappointed in this place. Read others reviews on here and not sure if they ate at the same place as us. Restaurant is under renovation so they are serving out of ballroom. No iced tea because waiter said they have no hot...water to make it, ????.prices a little high and quality of food does match price. Bbq sauce taste like tomatoe sauce, nothing had seasoning or salt. We ate what we could because we were starving. Wish I would have gone to Taco bell instead.More

The restaurant was quite dusty with sticky tables. Seating areas are separated by wooden dividers holding plants that needed dusted and cleaned. Table was very sticky and needed a thorough cleaning.

I was really torn about going here but the convenience and closeness of walking from our hotel won us over. The hotel staff described it as “like chili’s”, but it is less than Chili’s. I regret not taking Uber to another higher rated location. The...food was average at best. Some items like their headline steak was substantially overpriced for what you got. Other items almost seemed inexpensive for what you got, but all seasoning was salt heavy. In order to add more flavor their standard salt-first-ingredient mix wasn’t appropriate. The service was very nice and cordial though. They were training someone new and although were mistakes on food ordering, preparation, and billing, the staff was very helpful and kind. In the end was almost 2 stars (although interior had unique nice inviting Midwest theme and feel to it), would not return.More

The specials board listed brussel sprouts and bacon as the vegetarian option which really amused me. Apparently vegetarians in Houston can eat bacon. I had a cup of tortilla soup and it was splendid, really enjoyable. I then had a tenderloin salad which it said...was served on a bed of crispy onions, that wasn't quite accurate, i had two onion rings on the top of the salad and that was it ! It was ok, the staff were really nice and friendly, I'd give it a go again as it was reasonably priced and the tortilla soup was definitely worth having again.More

Good food connected to a hotel. Burger and honey mustard chicken sandwiches were good. Friendly service.

This is ridiculous! I came in to place a to go order as I didn’t feel like driving after a long day. This place is next to my hotel. Sat at bar, and unfortunately decided not to drink!!! Bad idea!! I have been here way...to long! The bartender just notified me that the kitchen made a mistake, and it will be several more minutes.... WTF??? The folks giving this chain excellent ratings must have been Drunk! I noticed earlier a guy complaining about his steak. Based on his conversation with bartender, and the manager it wasn’t the first try! Final judgment will be when the food comes out. This is not looking good! Decided to leave.More
