I went for a girls night. We had s.African wine and really good food. The waiter was nice and knowledgeable. It is a bit pricey. Two entrees and 2 glasses of wine and dessert was about $100.00

Zach was the best waiter we could ask for. My husband and I shared two appetizers, scallops and the dish like Shepherd pie (amazing) dinner we had the filet that hangs from a skewer. Get the filet. The pudding is incredible. With a great south African wine.

We have been to Peli Peli twice now and each time it surpasses our expectations. This last time we brought our children (ages 13 and 16) and they tried each new dish with excitement and anticipation. The flavors are exceptional and unexpected, and everything we ate was simply amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Went tonight for my son's 26th Birthday! Splurged and bought appetizers - don't remember the names of the foods, but will tell you what we had. Son had the Peli cakes - mixture of tiger prawn and chilean sea bass 5 star. He and his girlfriend loved them! I had the chicken on a stick and it was delicious but... More

First of all I would like to say that our waiter was good (Rick), nevertheless the restaurant didn't have a high chair or booster for our child, we asked and they said the owners didn't want to add those items. I guess they don't want to have children in their restaurant but it was funny because there were 3 couples... More

Best dinner out in a long time. Superb food quality and taste. I predict this place is going to conquer customers by the hundreds. Go now before it gets impossible to get a table. Robert is one of the best staff ever. Truly impressed with what this place has to offer

I went to Peli Peli 2 years ago while in Houston visiting and have dreamed of going back since. I had the opportunity this week and found the food and the overall dining experience to be the 5 star rating I remembered. The story behind the restaurant is worth asking your waiter about - the panels on the wall have... More

I have only been here once and I am not sure what all the fuss is about. I thought the food was just okay so I did not go back. I have eaten at many fine restaurants in major cities in many countries so I feel I am in a good place to judge. In fairness, I will say I... More

I took my 89 year old father to Peli Peli for a late lunch. As usual, the food was delicious. My water had a rust and mineral taste to it. The manager came over immediately and offered us their filtered water at no charge. She was charming and kind. The spices and sauces are so flavorful. Give it a try!
