Mixed emotions on this one. Would have been a 5 for food and the waiter. Would have been a 1 based on management. So, settled on a 3. We showed up on time for our 6:15 reservation. We were seated at a high top for...8, even though we were just 4. We didn't really want a high top, but we took it, no problem. Seemed odd because there were tables available all over the place. About 5 minutes after we order, we are advised that that table will be needed for a party of 8 at 7:15, so we may have to move. Weird, but OK. Remember, we didn't want that table in the 1st place but was told that was all they had at the time. We are in the middle of eating and are told that they have another table for us. We were like "are you kidding? you want us to move in the middle of our meal?" Keep in mind, it's still 20 or 30 minutes before this other party is supposed to show up and there is another 8 seat high top table right next to us. So, apparently the hostess reports to the manager that we are not happy about her timing. So, he comes over, not to apologize but to reiterate that they need the table and we will need to move as soon as we are done eating. We finished our meal and paid just minutes before this other party was due to show up, so they basically ruined our meal and gave us a bad feel for the place for no reason. No party of 8 was waiting so we informed the manager that we would just sit there until they showed up, so we could finish our wine. He advised us that they were waiting outside, so basically "Get out now". Couldn't leave fast enough and won't be back. I've never experienced anything like that anywhere before.More

First visit and probably last until Covid is over! A very awkward experience; masks, temperature, hand wash, order via phone....an airplane ride is much less evasive. Too bad as the beer selection was vast and the food was very good. Recommend the corn dogs for...an app although they are not what you would think. I had the risotto which was excellent.More

A business partner picked this place for dinner and I rather enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the vibe here - the bar isn’t huge but it seems there’s a good crowd of locals and the bartenders are friendly. Not the best selection of wines by...the glass but I tried a Sauvignon Blanc from NZ and it was good enough. The restaurant is deceptively large with both tables and booths. The bathroom is spacious (men’s at least) but they had a bizarre pulley for the sink faucet (pictured). The menu is nicely balanced between heavy meat plates (steak, chops, ribs) and vegetarian / vegan dishes. We shared the hush puppies (good) and chicken lollipops (really good) and I had the lamb chops which were fine. All in all, I enjoyed the food and would definitely return when in the Heights again.More

We had the family style brunch. It was big enough to feed 5 people. Everything was amazing, the eggs, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, steak, bacon and ham. It also came with biscuits and homemade jelly (yums). And I also had the ginger mimosa, it was different...but not bad at all. Can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu. Leon our waiter was amazing!More

Fantastic Food, Outstanding Service and Excellent Drinks. Burch, Lunch, Dinner, or even just for Drinks and Dessert. The only bad thing at this restaurant is the wait if you don't have a reservation during the busy times. All of their food is amazing. You cannot...go wrong with anything on the menu. Huge patio dining section and they also have a great areas for a group. It is a high energy, hopping kind of environment.More

Three of us had lunch here today. It was a birthday celebration for two of us. Based on the excellent reviews, we took a chance and selected Ritual for this special celebration. I must say, I was disappointed. I wanted to order the Cast Iron...Fried Chicken sandwich. I asked the server how it was, and he said "just OK." Well ... that wasn't a ringing endorsement. I asked him what he suggested instead, and he highly recommended The Ritual Burger, so I changed my order to that. Wow, what a disappointment. The burger itself was tough and flavorless. I only picked at the contents. On the positive side, the "chicken lollipops" (an appetizer) were quite tasty. But I guess my biggest disappointment was that there was no acknowledgment of the two birthdays, even though it was mentioned in the reservation and also told to our server directly. I will not be back.More

So Bit of a journey to get there , but OMG worth it ! Service starts when you walk in , always a good impression, notice the funky yet rustic bar - stop here for a drink ! Then move to table , menu is...Devine , great offering , some nice twists at lunch , awesome beer menu ( you can’t miss it ) table service was ummm, ok , perhaps a little hasty on dishes being served, but over all don’t miss this blissMore

For the money, it wasn’t worth making this place a ritual stop. The fish dip was the best thing we ate. The staff was really nice and accommodating though!

Located on Studewood and White Ritual is a unique eatery. The physical appearance is remarkable. Parking is complimentary valet. Seating can be inside, inside on sun porch or outside. Seating can be normal height or taller bar chairs at tables. Wait staff, today Justin, was...very kind, attentive and professional. Brunch menu broad and very varied allowing one to eat all their favorites and a lot more. Food delivery quick. Coffee strong and hearty. Delightful brunch experience for all including children.More
