You know you've been curious about trying Vietnamese food OR you have been eating it and want a place that is consistently good and fresh-then go to My Lan. Went there for lunch recently and had to wait a little bit-just a testament as to how good the food is. Reasonably priced with generous portions and a wide menu. If you are new to the food, then try vermicelli or Bun or even one of their soups (Pho). The grilled pork spring rolls are excellent-get them with peanut sauce. Good service despite the crowds. The food is always fresh and flavorful-give it a try and you might be hooked.

Though the decor feels old & run-down, surprisingly the food is better than average. Great place to have your pho fix. I love the beef pho. soup had depth of taste, and thinly sliced beef was fresh & cooked medium.
Spring roll was a surprised winner-had all the right balance of taste.
Definitely be back for more

Been going here for years, it’s the best in Fort Worth. Tried a lot on their menu and everything is great. Spring rolls, egg rolls every time as they are just too good! Buy their chilli sauce to take home, YUM

We were very disappointed that the chef did not possess the skill to make fried rice without adding egg. As simple as it is to make fried rice without egg at home, one would think that an individual skilled to serve the public would have the skill to do this simple request.

Haltom City is ground zero for Vietnamese restaurants in Fort Worth and My Lan is worth a visit. My tailor is Vietnamese, so I asked for a recommendation and My Lan was his suggestion. You will be in the minority here if you are a non-Vietnamese speaker (always a good sign), but ordering is no problem. The prices are a little lower than the competition as the cost of Pho has risen, too.

Pretty soon I'm going to have to start a Haltom City list on my Yelp page. The area around Beach and Belknap has a lot of little gems for lunch options. I discovered My Lan during one of my recent ventures searching for lunch. One huge tip..if you're ordering for take out, please call in advance. Me and a coworker had to stand and wait for a while because we didn't...but it turned out to be well worth it!
I ordered the vegetable Chow Fun. The thing that stood out to me were the noodles!!! So awesome! They pack your meal in 2 different containers. The bowl contains the veggies and sauce, the flat container contains the noodles. The flat rice noodles are fried to a crisp, which adds a lot of flavor and texture to the meal when the veggies are poured out on top. The vegetables are all fresh...a variety of broccoli, bok choy, etc...real good stuff.
I fell in love with the noodles so much that during both of my trips there, I ordered the same thing. I don't think there are too many options on the menu for vegetarians, but the ones that are there are worthwhile. Give it a try, I recommend it!

We decided to try a new Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered Grilled Pork on Vermicelli with egg rolls while my husband ordered Korean short ribs. Both dishes were very good. The price is good, but the waiters could use some help with speaking English. We definitely return if we are in the area.

Ft. Worth area has limited choices when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. We had tried several restaurant close by to explore each specialties. For My LAN, it's a small restaurant but they serve decent dishes. Our family had several different dishes and they all came out well. Prices are decent and ai would recommend this establishment for Ft. worth area.

If you are an Anglo you will be a minority. Asians love this place for good reason. It is authentic and reasonable. No alcohol but you can bring your own. A true Vietnamese experience in Cowtown. Worth the uber ride if you are in our town and get tired of expensive steak houses.

So so so good!!! Get #61 seafood rice noodle soup. The staff has limited English, they will direct you away from what they know you won't eat, VERY authentic Vietnamese ....if you need help picking they will help you.
Not a fancy place, busy, lunch and business setting, lots of authentic choices!!
Hole in the wall , make a special trip!

I've been coming here since they opened in the late 1990's. As far as Vietnamese goes, I think it's the best overall in the metroplex. In fact, it's better than any other Vietnamese I've tried all over the US. The pho is reliably good, not the best, but excellent. The chow fun and rice dishes, as well as grilled pork, are outstanding. The fried egg rolls are the best I've had anywhere - strongly recommend trying them. I bring people in from all over the country to try this place and they are amazed. Cons: it's a dive, but I don't mind that. It's the deal. The service is not proactive, and I didn't know the workers I might be frustrated by it. If you haven't been this is the place to try. Prices are great. 10/10.

Top to bottom, great food (even the pork blood porridge!) Only disclaimer: mixed pork and mixed seafood dishes are pretty hard core. One thing lacking from the menu is a Vietnamese pancake. We love this place!
