Okay. I go to this restaurant, and have since it began in Grapevine. There is often a wait for a table, especially on Saturday evenings and Sundays. There are lots of families that frequent this restaurant and lots of children so if you mind that, you can hang out at the bar. You can normally expect that a family Birthday... More

Every time we go here we have amazing service and wonderful food. Fajitas are wonderful and be sure and stay room for the chocolate piñata for dessert!

Visited here at the end of a business trip to Dallas. I thought the food was excellent, and the service was also quick. I had the Jalisco fajitas and thought they were amazing. The Swirl drinks are also great! Would definitely visit again if we are ever in the area.

This was my first time to Uncle Julio's. It was excellent. The food and service were the best. I found myself eating way too many of the appetizer chips. The chocolate pinata was fun, but save room cause it's huge. The food here is very expensive (thank goodness I wasn't paying).

I have been going to this small chain for years in Washington, D.C. And Texas. Homemade salsa, homemade tortillas and fajitas that are amazing. Try the queso dip to see if you love it as much as I do. Everyone I take loved it and wants more.

We go to Uncle Julio's on a regular basis for our Tex-Mex fix. We get chicken fajitas and start with queso. The single size serving + the chips is always plenty for the 2 of us to share. Julio's used to have "call ahead" seating policy. Now, they take reservations instead. Much better and reduces the wait. So, call ahead... More

We should have known that we were in trouble when we had a group of 14 and they squeezed us into a table combination that should have max seated 12. The restaurant was completely full, so giving us more room was not an option despite that we had called in advance for a reservation. We later learned after speaking to... More

Waited almost an hour for atable but it was worth it. The cheese enchiladas were some of the best I have ever eaten. I also enjoyed the shrimp and chicken fajitas. The beef were tough and not seasoned that well. The chocolate piñata was amazing. If for no other reason visit and order this.

Excellent location in Grapevine. Friendly service, good selection of classic Tex men fare. Love the complementary chips and salsa. Table side guacamole a good choice. Fajitas were excellent. Fine choice of beers.

The food here is excellent and the prices at lunch very reasonable. They were not crowded and we got a table for 10 with only a short wait. One really good thing about groups here is that they do not automatically add a tip to the bill for large groups. The service was a little slow, especially getting refills on... More
