I always enjoy Uncle Julio's. For this review, I was here for a lunch and was hungry for fajitas. Ordered off the lunch menu, asking for the skirt steak fajitas. To my surprise, the server asked how I wanted the steak cooked. Not a normal thing for fajitas, for me anyway. I asked what people normally do and he said... More

Title pretty much wraps it up- could eat the pulled chicken quesadillas everyday! Not sure what they do to the meat but it's delicious! The margaritas are pretty awesome as well. We always seem to sit in the bar and have excellent service every time

Has been years since I've been to Uncle Julios- but when I found myself with an extra night inDallas due to winter storm Niko- I new just what to do- head straight to Uncle Julios Grapevine location to pound some margaritas and fajitas! While purists may say here are more authentic TexMex spots - I challenge any of them to... More

4 of us had dinner at the place while joining a conference at the Gaylord. Large size that can accommodate large groups, this place feels like it was made for families and good times. Excellent service, excellent margaritas and yummy food is all it takes to leave a mark and this one does leave a mark. The chicken fajitas was... More

The chips are very thin and crispy, the salsa is slow roasted and different than most salsa but very good and flavorful. I ordered the chicken fajitas and the ingredients were extremely fresh and flavorful. Service was very quick and it was 7 p.m. at night and the place was pretty full. Overall a very good experience.

I live in NC and visit Uncle Julio's every time I'm in the Metroplex. Sadly, this location was a disappointment. I was there with a friend and her two kids. Her son ordered the kid's fajitas and they were really gross - super dry meat and beans. No veggies. The service was just odd. I'm not sure how to describe... More

This place is so good. Reasonably priced and big servings. Margaritas were very tasty too!! We did visit with 12 people in our party and the next time I'll call ahead as I was told that would have reduced our wait time. But with a party that large I didn't expect to be seated quickly. We just enjoyed a few... More

My son and I stopped in for dinner this evening. We walked in at 6:15 and were seated immediately. About 10 minutes later a line formed and they started handing out pagers, and so get there a bit early. The chips were served right away. They were hot and fresh. The salsa was ok. It would be nice to have... More
