This place should be #1 in town for its sandwiches! They smoke their meat and all their ingredients are super fresh! Their sliced turkey breast with dill sauce on jalapeno bread is the best sandwich I have ever had (and that is saying a lot)!!! They have great bbq as well.

The sandwiches were fantastic. My wife had their signature sandwich which was the slow smoked sliced turkey breast with the dill sauce and I opted for the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. Both were served on a soft toasted jalapeno cheddar roll. We also tried their fantastic potato salad with the right blend of mustard and dill. This is not... More

Stopped here when the wait next door was crazy. The brisket was tender and tasty, as was the pulled pork. Whatever you do, do not get their gumbo. It was absolutely awful. Not only did it just look bad, the seafood variety had imitation crab in it. It had a lot of okra, so it was thick and slimy. Oddly,... More

I had the pulled-pork sandwich with chips. Really like the way the bread is toasted and not soggy, sauce on the side. Choose between unlimited beans or a bags of chips. Small but very clean. They don't rush you when you are done eating and just talking with friends. No liquor license at this time, but coming.I'll be back

I always get the brisket plate, its just so good I crave it. And what a cute atmosphere, an old converted gas station. You will be glad you stopped.

Always good food... reasonable prices... pulled pork sandwiches are awesome.. bread is incredible... only complaint would be if you want a water, you need to buy a bottled water.

I'd heard about how good their BBQ sandwiches are. But I seldom drive through the square. A couple of weeks ago when I had business in that area, I decided to give that sandwich a try. It was surprisingly good for a place that I guess doesn't actually specialize in BBQ. But like other reviewers have said, the service was... More

I was not very impressed with this restaurant. I ate here on the Fourth of July so, of course, there was a lot of people around. The inside is definitely too cramped with only a few tables. It was way too hot to eat outside. The waitress never gave our order to the kitchen until my dad finally said something.... More

I have eaten here many, many times in the past several years and I have not once been disappointed! Their pulled pork sandwiches on jalepeno bread is wonderful every time! The place is small but never very crowded and I sure don't understand why, the food is great!

Description
Pearl Street Station, located one block west of Granbury's Historic Square, is a SMALL eatery that is BIG on flavor, featuring authentic Cajun dishes like Etouffee, Gumbo and Blackened Catfish daily. All of our meats are smoked on the premises and served with homemade sauces and toasted jalapeno/cheese sourdough bread. Ask for our Sister Special -- named for Sister from Granbury Live and our number one seller --smoked turkey with lemon dill sauce and mozzarella.
