Food, service, atmosphere outstanding! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at the Wildcatter and was not disappointed.

We visiting a couple of times whilst staying at the ranch. The food is good - steaks are excellent - but the alcohol is quite expensive. Maybe this is because the Graham is in a 'dry county' but one mid-range bottles of wine was around half the total cost of the meal. The service was excellent and the view from... More

The steaks were excellent. The sides were average. The carrots were horrible, tasted like vinegar. Server was nice, but not well trained. She did not know much about the menu, wines, beers or even the entree's. She told us she had not tasted most of the food. They have incredible view and the steaks were fairly priced. The dessert was... More

The choices are fantastic - very seasonal - service is great! There is nothing on the menu that is not top rate!

Service: Bad Meal Time: Bad Portions: Ok/Depends Drinks: Good Value for Portions: Good Given the high ratings, I had high expectations. The place was clean and nice, with great decor, but the service and meals were lacking. I ordered the frenched bone-in ribeye (we asked the waiter but he had no idea why it was called that) and my husband... More

We ate here three times during our stay at Wildcatter. The restaurant is separate from the ranch so accounts for the restaurant can't be charged to the room. The service from the younger staff is great - friendly with lots of interaction and they find out if they are unsure of an answer. The food is generally good though not... More

This place is amazing but a little expensive! However what you pay for is what you get! As we travel a lot we also eat often in restarants, unfortenuately! BUT if every restaurant served food like they do in WIldcattet steakhouse, I would be very happy! Staff also are 10 out of 10.

Pay the extra and stay in the suites as they are well worth it. The views are stunning and the staff are excellent. I thought the Restaurant was very expensive for a steak that bearing in mind where you are Steaks are very available! and you are in the meat capital of the USA! There are some great local restaurants... More

Went whilst staying at the ranch. Super steaks and large choice of wine. Sides and starters were good and plentiful but not quite to the same very high standard as the steaks. Service was good with a fine suggestion of Texan wine to go with the steak.

Great meal and view. Food was great and staff friendly. Good choice on menu and drinks. Medium rare is the way to go
