Be prepared to love it because like the egg custard that your Mom made, it is absolutely smooth... YUM!

I am from Pennsylvania and have tons of options for frozen treats, but the frozen custard at Shake's is like eating the creamiest ice cream you have ever had. The price is a little high, but well worth it.

Friday night. The frozen yogurt is among the creamiest I've ever had. The waffle cone was also very good. You sit outside. Worth a return visit.

Great spot after football games. Best desert anywhere. Dropped a star only because there isn't a restroom. When you got kids they gotta go and there is no place close to take them when the urge hits

I have been all over, but my taste buds keep bringing me back to Shake's. You see, it is science......custard is richer and smoother than cream, therefore, frozen custard beats frozen cream hands down, and Shake's delivers the best in my opinion! I've had Freddy's and Rita's, and a few others, but prefer a Shake's two scoop chocolate on a... More

I Just love Shake's Frozen Custard. I usually get a chocolate malt here. Very basic but very good. My partner usually gets a sundae with 4 or 5 toppings. It's always tasty and always prepared right. You can get a sundae or malt with any topping or variation that you would like. It's really fun combing tons of items. This... More

We visited last night as we do every year we are in town visiting family in Texas. No complaints on the frozen custard, but after ordering a large sweet tea and realizing it was gone after "5" sips.. I thought it was ridiculous. I opened ip my cup to see ice all the way up to the top. I went... More

Being a transplant from California, I was not real familiar with frozen custard. After ten years of living right down the street from Shake's, I can't say that anymore. I am now an addict. This stuff is AMAZING! A regular milkshake or blast or any other ice cream treat from any other fast food chain pales terribly in comparison. Anything... More

There is no better place to be on a warm summer's night, with your favorite girl, then Shakes Frozen Custard. Staff is super friendly and quick to get their fabulos custard to you. Custard is rich and creamy and mixed with your favorite toppings. The Bebop is my choice every time.

I grew up in NY where we had frozen custard available. When I left there as a teen I was surprised that it wasn't available anywhere else I lived. Enter Shake's Frozen Custard - just like the custard I had as a child - Wow... yummy yummy! The woman who helped us was just great and even put our custard... More
