I had a mediocre burger and fries. No big deal. Glad I got the avocado. Restaurant floors were absolutely filthy. Men's room... smh... just awful! I am so glad I ate alone! I chose it...Terrible

Took some out-of-town guests here for a Monday dinner. Place was pretty much deserted at 7:00 p.m. Must have been a new waitress because after initially pestering us to place orders literally as soon as we opened our menus, she disappeared for about 15 minutes before returning. Everyone around us with different waiters was getting complimentary 'bottomless' tortilla chips and... More
This restaurant is very convenient to the Comfort Suites. We were seated promptly and served by Derek. He was very nice and efficient. We ordered a queso ($5.99), two orders of eggrolls ($8.29) and a Fresh Mex combo plate ($9.49). The combo plate allowed you to choose three different items to customize your dinner. The queso and eggrolls were delicious... More
Ordered a full order of Texas cheese fries to go. It was rather small in portion. Tried to redeem a dessert with my rewards points but they refused bcuz I had a togo order!!!! The only waitress...did not have a clue about the rewards program. And nobody else even bothered to come out of the back. Although, they did take... More
This Chilis is close to the Comfort Inn, you can walk there from your hotel and thats what we did. We sat at the bar, the bartender was very attentive and courteous, the food came out in a reasonable price and was prepared well. Good choice if your staying at the Comfort Inn

The waitress allegedly checked 3 times over a 30 minute period telling me the burger was "on the way". I finally told her to cancel the... More
I guess Chili's is undergoing a big time corporate makeover because the first thing I noticed when we walked in was a big sign that said "Georgetown Texas: Like No Place Else." And then ALL of the new "art" in the place is about AUSTIN. Um, newsflash, Chili's! Georgetown is Georgetown and Austin is Austin. The only things the two... More
Food was ok not great. Server was terrible. She never checked on us one time. No drinks refills or asked how everything was & they were not at their peak busy time. Found part of a plastic glove in my salad. Manager took care of us and polite. To me, this chain has slowly gone down hill. Won't go back... More
