My first time for chicken and waffles. Food was very good. Kinda tourist pricing. Only thing some of the staff just weren't friendly. Almost like they were a bit stuffy or something. But not a totally bad experience at all. Yes I would go back.

I am a regular customer of the bakery. I buy bread and baked goods, but always to go. I finally decided to stay and have some brunch on a warm and rainy Sunday. I had trouble deciding what delicious sounding entree to choose, but settled on the Corned Beef Hash. It was sooo good. The only critiques I have are... More

Quaint atmosphere, friendly staff and great breakfast menu. Gift shop inside a nice surprise. Easy to find and parking not a problem.

Have visited this place many times through the years. The food is great and plentiful. The bakery has an extensive selection of breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries. Specialty breads sell out early in the morning. Sunday morning breakfast is their busiest with lines out the door.

Ambiance: sunny, mom-and-pop, fun Presentation: underwhelming, but they try Food: excellent, particularly challah French toast and Benedict dishes Service: can be hit-or-miss, the old timers are good, but if you get one of the young kids (as I did this morning), they can be stupid

We went to this on the advice of someone that said it was good however we were very disappointed. I order a waffle and hot tea. The waffle wasn't even warm. My husband order megus and his was warm but it appeared that everything had been cooked early and just put on a plate and brought out to us.

Great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. They have all the breakfast classics and put their own spin on a few other things as well. The pastries, cakes, pies, etc from the bakery are all excellent also! Try the chicken and waffles!

Where to start? Great choices for breakfast. Shrimp and grits on the weekends are to die for (although they are not kidding about the jalapeños in the grits). Southern style eggs dish with eggs on corn cake and ranchero sauce is pure comfort food. Variations on eggs Benedict are really good. And for pure indulgence, try the pastries. Oh, my... More

Was headed to mosquito cafe but they were closed for remodel(looked like) so went to sunflower which is next door. We had eaten there before and enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good and my wife said her eggs Benedict was the best she ever had. Very nice waiter and very helpful. Cost is a little high but we'll be back.
