Salad was drenched in dressing. Was offered a new salad, but the others were almost done eating by the time person came. Server said “I will let my manager know”. Of course, no kind of comp. They forgot to get my daughter her frozen drink....Double burger was average. Gave a rating of 2 instead of 1 because the salmon with cinnamon and chipotle sauce vas very good. Wasn’t quite sure which of the 2 or 3 gals were actually our server.More

I have three picky female eaters with me and they have very different tastes. This place had a menu that satisfied them all. We were only in town for two evenings and we ate here twice. Service and food were both very good.

Food was excellent. My wife couldn't stop talking about Ziggy's Peppered Shrimp. She loves a spicy dish and this one did not disappoint. I had the club sandwich which was tasty along with the sweet potato tots (I hate regular tater tots but these were...the bomb!). On the down side our waiter had zero personality, rarely checked on us, and brought my wife's mixed drink dripping down the side of the glass and onto the table. He didn't bother to wipe either down. If you're not a people-person you've got the wrong job as a waiter!More

We ate here 3 separate times while in Galveston. One time we just did appetizers and drinks. Their Chips and Queso are pretty good. The second time we had a chicken quesadilla and it was also good. The last time we had a chicken BBQ...pizza and it was great. The one this I can say is that every server was friendly including the Bartenders and hostess. You can eat at many places along the strand but Yaga's is the best.More

Went for dinner on a great spring evening. Patio is very nice, our waitress was excellent. Good selection of food, manly quick bits, sandwiches, piazza, and fish. I got the turkey sandwich with cajun poatotes. Sandwich was decent, and the posters had good flavor. My...husband ordered the roasted garlic and chicken pizza, he likes it OK, he liked the crust the best, as they grill it. Good selection of beer, wine and mix drinks.More

Visited during spring break so we were prepared for just about anything. The wait for 7 actually wasn't that long, about 20 min. Our waiter was really good and attentive. We had the chips and queso to start and that came with a small sample...of salsa. The portion of queso was fairly small, it made a small serving eaxh for 5 of the 7 in our party. I had the sliders. The meat was cooked well and the sweet and spicy pickles were good on the sliders however the barbecue sauce was non existent and I had to request a side of it otherwise the sandwiches were dry. I chock that up to being bust and it being spring break. Overall we would try them again just not during a busy time.More

Meh, this was average at best. We had high hopes for the Cuban panini and mojitos, but the sandwiches were not authentic Cubans, my opinion. And the drinks were watered down and not sweet. I’ve had perfect mojitos in the Czech Republic and these were...not even close. Too bad that I left feeling like it was just a tourist joint.More

Stopped here because they were open Monday at 11:30. Burrito bowl is excellent. Lunch special gumbo was delicious. Chicken salad was a huge hit and beautifully presented. Also great fish tacos. We asked where we could buy beads to decorate a fence and the mgr...gave us directions and came back at the end of the meal with a handful. Try the bloody Mary! Will come back.More

We picked this restaurant based on the restaurant week menu being served. Six adults and two children. The food was fabulous and the prices great. Our server was lovely and the happy hour drink prices phenomenal. Absolutely everything was well above average. No complaints.

We stopped in for a mid afternoon snack as brunch had worn off. Two dessert options - bread pudding and a brownie - not really what we had in mind, but we love bread pudding so gave it a shot! Yum!! The glaze had a...hint of lemon in it - what a pleasant surprise!! Great decor and really nice staff!More

We had a great brunch in the outdoor sitting area at Yaga's. The music was great for the late morning meal. The seafood frittata hit the spot for a craving I had. We also shared yummy beignets. Most of all, we traveled with our dog...and they are dog friendly! The wait staff were pleasant, helpful and offered water for our dog before we even asked. Our only recommendation would be to add an espresso maker/machine to their drink menu. But it won't keep us from visiting again or recommending it to others.More

Food was ok for what we had. They were very busy so service was slow. Just like everywhere else, lack of people who want to work.
