Quiet little place to eat. Décor is assorted tables and chairs to match the simplistic atmosphere. Ribs were moist and tender. Serving portions where plentiful. Did not care for the BBQ beans but the slaw and potato salad was good. Nice family atmosphere.

Best sandwich ever! When I mention a turkey sandwich, most guest want seafood. Until they eat one, and then they are hooked! Order as is on jalapeño bun....homemade and yummy!

Found this place on a recommendation today. Wow! We had sliced beef sandwich and pulled pork potato and it was all really good. The smoking quality is what makes it. Liked that Bluegrass Junction was playing and people are so nice. Cool collection of stuff inside. Although good, the sauce was pretty weak, otherwise it would have rated a 5*.... More

We were told that this was the best BBQ on the island, if so Galveston needs to up its game. I had the combo plate (sliced brisket, link and beef rib), my wife had the sliced brisket. Thanks to other reviewers we knew that unless you request the meat will come heavily sauced. Wife had her sauce on the side.... More

My friend and I were visiting and found this place by random. First of all, the food was amazing. We had Pull Pork, Brisket and BBQ chicken. However, as foodies, we also ordered a few sandwiches as well. The service was also second to none. The owner come by and we had a great conversation. Turns out this is a... More

Highly recommended BBQ. Pulled pork and brisket are the only meats I can comment on, but love them both. I don't live on the Island or even in the the state anymore, but go to Queen's every time I make it to Galveston.

Quick service, good prices, and delicious food --what more can you ask for? The Cliffhanger (smoked turkey with cheese, ranch, and chives on a jalapeno bun) is to die for. Good tea, too, which isn't always easy to find. Wish I lived closer so I could visit again soon!

They catered and served brisket, sausage, beans, green chili corn, potato salad, bread, a relish tray and iced tea (sweet and unsweetened.) The food and the service was FABULOUS!!! Sandy, the owner went above and beyond to simplify everything for us. The serving dishes were beautiful. If you get a chance, you definately need to stop by and try their... More
