Amazing locally caught seafood. Our waiter Vadim was attentive, polite and knowledgeable of all the menu items. Overall the experience was tasty and felt incredibly upscale for the price point. FYI The baked oysters were just heavenly.

Our experience was very disappointing! It started out well...We stopped in on Tuesday night for a menu and to inquire about reservations for Wednesday. The hostess happily supplied the menu and informed us reservations would not be needed. Upon arrival at 6:45 Thursday, the "maitre...More

When you enter the restaurant you feel like you might see Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra having a martini at the bar, fabulous 1950s decor and luxury. I don’t know how other restaurants will match up to ambience, quality of food and service, here in...More

I did not see a child's menu. But the wait staff was very helpful. I am sure they will accommodate your granddaughter.

The toast of the Texas coast. How can frozen fish be called fresh? The answer for anyone with snap is simple: it can’t. That’s why Gaido’s is the classic choice for fresh Gulf seafood. Patrons know Gaido’s is real, when others are clearly not. From red snapper and blue crab to white tablecloths crumbed with panache, there’s no denying Gaido’s is one-of-a-kind in a world of imitation. Now, after four generations of filleting, frying, grilling and baking, Gaido’s has grown into the picture perfect place of traditions– birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions. As the largest fresh fish house on the coast, Gaido’s can serve up to 2,500 happy diners a day. -– for over 100 years – is truly the coastal classic.
