Always enjoy Hu Dat's spring rolls! Our whole group also enjoyed combo Noodle Bowls once again. So fresh and well-prepared! Efficient and helpful staff. This is a must-do when in Fulton-Rockport area.

Hu-Dat has great Chinese and Vietnamese food and is in a nice area of Rockport/Fulton. Service is always very good. Best Sesame Chicken in the country. We live about 130 miles away from Rockport and have driven here for no other real reason than to eat at Hu-Dat.

My wife and I ate dinner here on a recent trip to Rockport. We both liked the spring rolls. Our entrees came from the Vietnamese portion of the menu, and were very good. The service was a little slow, but this was a busy summer Friday evening, and perhaps allowances should be made. On the whole, a very positive dining... More

The Rockport facility is being refurbished and I look forward to their opening once again. Good service and good Vietnamese offerings.

Not impressed at all. Pepper steak sauce tasted like pure salt, and did not really have any other flavor. They charge 3.25 to substitute wonton soup for eggdrop or hot and sour soup. They did not have sodas because they were "preparing to be closed on Sunday and Monday". No lunch specials on weekend. Fried rice was bland, yellow and... More

If you are looking for traditional flavor rich pho, you must visit this place. Delicious pho broth made fresh daily! Fresh, crisp veggies to toss in your pho. They also offer many varieties but I usually order the beef pho. Ashley, my favorite waitress is fantastic too! Helpful, staff and location on this restaurant is so convenient.

When my wife and I were suffering the effects of food poisoning, and could only eat bland things such as rice and noodles, Hu-Dat came through for us. BTW, the shellfish poisoning was from the Fulton Oyster House, not Hu-Dat.

Really, in this day and age, it is surprising to find the word, "Oriental" used to describe food mainly because the word is offensive. I thought the Asian owner, or at least I thought they were Asian, would have known better. You would never find any other Asian restaurants that use oriental to describe themselves or the food. Oh wait,... More

This was not a "buffet"; ordered off a menu. We enjoyed our dinner and the wait staff was very good. The spring rolls are large and very good (should have only gotten 2 instead of 5). The price was very reasonable for the quality of food.

Came here with my "Lunch Bunch" only because I had missed last week's outing. All the women who ordered the bun dishes were pleased. I had intended to, but was not very hungry, I know from experience not to order off the Chinese menu, but I ordered 2 appetizers that I thought it was inconceivable they could ruin. To start...
