I am vegan and it is hard for me to go to many places to eat. I will say Bonnie Ruth's is very accommodating for those who don't eat meat or any animal products. They have a vegetarian sandwich that o requested no cheese and it is amazing!!!! It tastes like a philly cheese steak and you're not even missing... More

Good selection of various BBQ dishes. Brisket and sausage are my favorites. The sauces are to die for! Plenty of sides to select from. Good atmosphere Can't go wrong!

Coming from NYC, expectations were high and wish we could have caught a Saturday brunch but the meal we had there at brunch time on a Friday was decent. Nice decor, great service and the food and mimosas were delicious but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here. Maybe I should have tried the desserts which... More

Started with the steamed mussels very abundant perfectly cooked the garlic sauce nice and smooth with enough toast to absorb all the Savory juice. Second course had the lunch combo a BLT in the French onion soup both were excellent. They told me that every Thursday evening and have mussels for all you can eat for $10. I will return.

They have the best goat cheese and poached pear salad with a vinaigrette, and the French onion soup! I also love their burgers made to order. Best part is their awesome deserts! All the cakes and cupcakes are amazing! I really enjoy going here for coffee and desert or a quick light meal!

Of course I do see men dining at lunch at Bonnie Ruth's as well but this is the place that you can eat healthy and then do a sinful dessert without your man. My husband doesn't like French food. When asked why he says they never give you enough to eat. Well, that may be true in France but certainly... More

I've never had bad food or service here. Their drinks/cocktails are not watered down and if you want something not on the drink menu, they try to accommodate. They've always hit the mark! I love the mussels.

I had tuna nicisioe and asked for the dressing to be served on the side. Salad came fully dressed. Split a huge piece of Italian cream cake. My husband liked the cake and I liked the icing.

We ordered cakes for a party we were having -- we got the red velvet and the carrot cake. They were absolutely outstanding! They were also huge! You can easily serve 1.5 times the recommended slices. At the restaurant they serve very large slices. We ordered half of our head count and we still had left over cake with all... More

Step into the relaxed sophistication of an authentic Parisian bistro and sidewalk cafe. Bonnie Ruth’s Café Trottoir et Patisserie pays homage to the classic 'French Bistro'. Dine on Steak Frites, Moules Marnière, and Duck Leg Confit. Sip a classic cocktail at our Belle Époque style bar. Join us for Sunday Brunch and eggs benedict on the patio near the fire place, handmade blueberry cream cheese crepes under the rotunda by the fountain or an omelet with a mimosa in the sun.

"The vibe is undeniably French A starter of moules Marnière was served in a daunting cast-iron skillet, where dozens of plump Prince Edward Island mussels lay tumbled in a bath of butter, garlic, white wine and lemon juice. The seafood was fresh and firm, just barely infused with the essence of the fragrant broth that surrounded it. Another stunning entree was the skate Grenobloise."
