Before I write my review, I want to say that I fancy myself as an expert of "Tex-Mex" cuisine. Over the years, I have been to hundreds of Tex-Mex restaurants all over the Southwest, including most of Gloria's 17 locations. I evaluate Tex-Mex food in three areas. 1) the salsa Mexicana, 2) traditional margarita, on the rocks (not frozen), and... More

We have been there for 4-5 occasions, some at busy times, and some at quiet times. All the waitstaff treats you like long lost friends, and serve with a lot of care. The menu is very good. It not a Mexican restaurant, it is a Latin restaurant. Some of the recipes are influenced from popular south American dishes, and they... More

I have been eating at various Gloria's since they started in Oak Cliff years ago. I like their take on things with a Salvadoran flair. They offer Salvadoran dishes on the menu that I usually gravitate to because I really like the chimichurri sauce served with the meats. Overall I like this place and will return. They offer a black... More

It's been a while since I stopped by Gloria's. Restaurants in this area is very competitive yet they are always busy. It's a place great for party size small or big, family or business. Food is always good with reasonable price. Great service and they don't make you feel they are in a rush. Many people also enjoy at their... More

Ate here after a football game at Ford Center. Food was great and service was even better. We were the last group to leave but never felt rushed.

Gloria's is a very attractive and very popular place. Very good food but the servers are a little too busy, at least, in my experience. Moderately priced so expect to pay $30 to $60 per couple. This is a noisy building. Upscale customers.

Glorias has a great location, when you are seated they bring a wonderful black bean dip. My favorites are the ceviche and the Salmon Conteno and of course the margaritas
