Looking for a nice place for a quick Thai Lunch. Easy, friendly, order at the counter. They had a lunch menu which encluded soup. The place was clean and reasonably priced. Food was good for the price, but not outstanding. I would return.

My two aunts were in town just for one day this July 2nd. My aunt asked me to take her to a nearby restaurant to pick up lunch for 4 of us. We went inside and sat a the front waiting area. Ordered 3 dishes...and planned to share the meals at the table. My brother joined us and was happy to be the "goat" , It was a very enjoyable tasty meal. We will go again. Note skip the crab rolls, they are tiny and not worth the price. Still satisfied and we will eat again.More

Restaurant is in an outdoor strip mall/ open- free parking. Went during a weekend lunch. Very friendly staff, both my friend and I had good food. I would recommend and go back.

Best Thai I’ve had since I was in Bangkok! We both enjoyed our meal. My wife had Pad Ke Mow and I had Soft Shell Crab in Yellow Curry. Both dishes were fabulous. Great service and atmosphere.

First time eating Chicken Pad Thai from this place. Ordered family take out. The portions were packaged and labeled BEEY nicely and portions were very generous. I ordered #2 spice level and initially found it mild. Then I came upon a “#5 SUPER SPICY SPOT”...which burnt my tongue to the point where I had to excuse myself from the table. I had to wipe my eyes and nose, and run my tongue under the faucet!! (Someone should have stirred my order a bit more). The consistency of the peanut sauce was a little unusual for Pad Thai; the noodles glistened and kept sliding off my fork. (It would have taken me forever had I used chopsticks!) I dk what it was but it was as if they used too much oil? I LOVED the way they “vented” the styrofoam box which kept the egg rolls from becoming soft in transit. Super thoughtful and it worked- delicious and crunchy!! Definitely worth trying again.More

This is my second visit to Green Village. I love this place and wish it was a little closer to home for more frequent visits. I know I would routinely use this place on nights where the family wanted take out. The decor inside the...strip-mall restaurant is pretty. Two praying Thepphanom's greet you at the door. Ornate wood tables, gold art and glass work decorate the room. Pretty hammered silver condiment sets sit at each table. Silverware is nicely displayed in cloth napkins. It's a great look for a Thai restaurant. Service and food are fantastic. They say hello and goodbye when you walk through the door. They are attentive and pleasant at the table. They answer questions willingly and thoroughly. They come from a place of wanting to share the love of what they do and not being offended that I do not know what certain things mean on the menu. The Khoa Soi (noodle soup) was fantastic. The coconut based broth had yellow curry added to the mix. Fresh vegetables and wide noodles were added. Crunchy thin rice noodles sat on top. They acted like crackers against the base. Every bite was blissful. On my previous visit, the food was just as good.More

Very tasty dishes. The Tom Yum soup was delicious and tasted fresh. Orange chicken was also great, ordered as an appetizer for the table. It was pricy and not a big portion. Plate was most vegetables rather than the actual chicken. Ordered the Pad Kee...Mao for my entree and that was phenomenal! I would recommend less onions just because I felt they over powered my dish. More noodles than onions please!More

Without any hesitation, lunch today was the absolute best Thai Red Curry I've ever eaten. I savored every delectable bite. It was so creamy, spiced just right (on a 1-5 scale, 5 is the spiciest,.. I requested "4").and worth licking the bowl, which I tried...to do! Boy was it good!!!! I hesitated when entering the restaurant because lunch is $7.99... which is a little high for me... but I'm glad I indulged and enjoyed lunch. My friend had the Pad Thai. Sampling her plate, her's was delicious too!More

My taste buds are very familiar with good Thai food. Their dishes did not leave an impression or lingering taste. The best thing of the restaurant is the nice envoirnment and its location in a shopping arcade. You pay for it because their prices are...higher than most similar places. They did not even have fresh Thai chillies !!!! Taste lacks the kick Thai food has, rather disappointing.More

We have eaten at GVT twice in our first month in Frisco and will definitely be regular visitors. Every dish we have tried has been fresh, well seasoned and attractively presented. A few examples: dumplings, green curry, basil noodle, spicy eggplant and more. All were...great! BYOB so bring your favorite beverage.More
