Had lunch with family. Great salad and sandwiches. The turkey on croissant is a classic you can't get anywhere else. Get some cookies to go, maybe best I've ever had. Service was good.

Our go-to lunch restaurant for relatives, friends, and special occasions. Healthy, delicious, food. Great service. Nice ambience and atmosphere. Parking in the back.

This is a great place, but I can't score it high due to title being misleading. There's nary a tea bag and certainly not a teapot... I like the Tea Room, good food, homemade bread, gazpacho, wine and an awesome gift shop. But change the name, despite its long standing existence or better yet ADD a tea menu! I will... More

A wonderful place to kick back and relax -- slow down and have a glass of wine with the girls! More of a "chic" place than for someone like my husband -- but great food and atmosphere.

I had eaten here several years ago and absolutely loved it. While the food was still pretty good and the building/grounds are so cute, I couldn’t get over the length of the wait for a late weekday lunch. We arrived after 1:00 and waited about half an hour for a table. Once we were seated and ordered our food, it... More

We had heard so much about this place that we drove from Kerrville to check it out. This is an old house with tiny dining rooms and a robust gift shop. Our wait was about 30 minutes even though we were there when the restaurant opened. Perusing the gift shop was something to do while we waited since there is... More

We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and were told it would be a forty-five minute wait, so we looked around the house/cottage at the store offerings which are stuffed into tiny rooms and priced exorbitantly. We ordered the sandwich sampler for $12.50 and it wasn't even four squares, it was three tiny squares with giant pieces of lettuce and a... More

The old house is very charming. The landscaping is pretty. The soup and sandwiches are all good. It is a nice peaceful place to eat. You can never go wrong with a gift shop included.
