I won't go into the decor, or the great waitress staff. Lets get to the point of this review. EXCELLENT food. The guys at Fredericksburg Inn told me to head here for authentic German since she had only been here two years. Saying you have...More

This is the most authentic German food in the city. Great salads, main courses and desserts. You will leave quite full.

We had a nice dinner here. I had a schnitzel plate and my husband had German sausages with curry sauce. We did not know curry is popular in Germany! Delicious food.

Visit on each trip to Fredericksbug for the German food. Always good. Only regret this time....they will only accept American Express credit cards.

Had Kaser Schnitzel for the first time, the tomato sauce and cheese reminded me of a parmesan cutlet, but it was quite tasty. Chef choice of potato was scalloped, it was so-so and the red cabbage was sweet with a bay leave. Sausage platter was delicious,...More

The website states: "Open 7 Days A Week from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm." However, I suggest calling them on the phone.

I'm not sure if they take reservations. It would be a good idea to call the restaurant and ask them, especially as it is a holiday weekend. If you're going to stay overnight or longer, I'd recommend the Best Western there... More
