This place had good reviews so we ate breakfast here our first morning. Good food and super friendly people.

All I can say is you must order the stacked pancakes!!! You will receive 3 massive pancakes that could feed a family. Though my son did a number on them.

Stopped here for a quick lunch during our visit to the Nimitz museum which is directly across Main Street from the cafe. Food was good, great soup, service was we thought was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating was nice but noisy because of the traffic on Main Street. We ate inside. Either way if you want a... More

In a touristy town like Fredericksburg I would have expected overpriced breakfast food but I was pleasantly surprised with Mahaleys Cafe. Quick breakfast tacos which were delicious and great value. Quick and friendly service. Great spot.

My hubby and I were interested in eating a large, mid-morning breakfast before visiting the National Museum of the Pacific War which is located across the street from this café. And boy, did this café serve up a large breakfast. We opted for a typical eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast (or tortilla in my case) and French toast with sausage. Otherwise... More

We had quite an interesting experience at Mahaleys, but only due to a very rude customer. As we were sitting down a customer was throwing a fit and stormed out, the owner went out to make things right and the customer sped off. Then he returned to distastefully remove his tip from the jar. So right away my husband made... More

Not much to enjoy here. The food (breakfast) was pretty plain and unimpressive, even the coffee was nothing to write home about.

Stopped at Mahaleys for breakfast one morning and their tacos are wonderful!!! My husband had their trash taco, which has a little bit of everything and was delicious. I had their bacon potato and egg taco. Both were a great way to start our morning and service was wondefrul.

Very friendly staff, outdoor and indoor seating, good coffee and breakfast taco with fruit at a good price. They are also open for lunch and dinner. The place was packed for breakfast.

Absolutely the best breakfast burritos in Fredericksburg! Other places they can tend to be dry, but these were fantastic. Many options to chose from. When you can't make up your mind, try the "Trash" options for a little bit of everything (eggs, potatoes, cheese, chorizo and brisket). My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
