We were in Fredericksburg, shopping of course, and stopped in Mahaley's for breakfast. They offer a standard breakfast as well as a variety of breakfast tacos. I would suggest the "trash taco". It has a little bit of everything in it and tastes great. The cinnamon rolls and turnovers are quite tasty, as well. Highly recommend.

Decided to go and grab some breakfast this AM. Saw this little out of the way place late last night. Thought it might be a place for some pasty or something quick for breakfast. Boy was I wrong! Great little dive to get some really good traditional breakfast or a delicious cinnamon roll or other pastries. Service was great ambiance... More

This is a very small place right off main st. We did not have to wait too long for a table on Sunday morning. I had the Muhaley's Plate which is the typical 2 egg, meat, potato and bread breakfast. It was great. My girlfriend got the trash taco which I thought was even better. I know what I will... More

I'm not a Texas resident, but I've had a lot of great Tex-mex in the state. The sign in front of Mahaleys advertising breakfast tacos made me very excited for some great food. Their tacos are SO bland! The barbacoa taco is just a tortilla with a big pile of beef in it. Nothing else!! The "trash taco" turned out... More

We ate here two mornings while in FB. My husband had the "trash taco"and loved it both mornings. I had sausage egg taco one morning and the Chirazo and egg taco one morning. Loved the Chirazo/egg (sausage egg was ok). Good coffee...nice atmosphere. Their cinnamon rolls are very tasty (we added that first morning). We like this place and will... More

I stopped in here in March for lunch on the way to Big Bend and it was delicious. As we were staying right down the street, I thought we'd stop in again, but found it closed for lunch. And now it is, BUT it is open for breakfast and it is terrific. We ate here 4 mornings in a row... More

Coming to Mahaleys for breakfast tacos is one of our traditions when we travel to the hill country. From the homemade tortillas to the fluffy eggs to the high-quality meats (bacon, chorizo, ham, you name it), they are absolutely perfect. Although they're called tacos, they're almost as large as a burrito. Moderate eaters should only order one, and big eaters... More

They are only open for breakfast now, but it was perfect if you don't want anything fancy, a quick breakfast before you go visit the wineries

Been coming here for a while enjoying lunch and breakfast. The breakfast tacos are large and tasty! The sticky buns will make you appreciate a good sugar fix! Highly recommend this restaurant.
