I know some folks in TX consider raw fish as “bait” but Piranha Killer Sushi is great raw fish! Up there with East & West Coast establishments, this little restaurant is a great place in Fort Worth to have sushi. Very fresh, well prepared and...has a good selection of fish. Try the Salmon Roll with Raw Quail Egg, or the Salmon Roll, or the Albacore Roll. Fresh Edamame and Miso soup rounds out my small meal. Good value. Good food.More

We went on a Sunday night and it was empty. The avocado bomb was fantastic. The dumplings were good and all of the sushi rolls were delicious. We topped it off with some fried ice cream which was great as well. Overall, a very good...meal.More

Totally disgusting, my hubby and I stopped by fornthe first visit. It was not crowded however it took our food a while to come out. Our server was polite, professional, and very overwhelmed as he was the only waitress for all of the tables. The...manager on duty was rude, unaccommodating, and brash. We advised that our egg rolls weren't up to standard he did not care. I order fried rice to be on the safe side after the not so tasty egg rolls once I received the rice it was burnt. My husband inquired about a steak the manager told him it would take 25 mins for it to be cooked. We had a terrible experience here for our anniversary! Never never never againMore

My wife and I recently went to the restaurant as it was one of our favorite places downtown. Something has completely changed. When we came in, there was a waitress at the front that told us we could wait until the hostess came back to...talk to us. ??? Our server was good so that was nice. The food wasn’t as good as before which is confusing since the menu is the same as before. I had the chef’s special tuna tataki and the run was overcooked. The worst part was that a blonde sushi chef guy was doing shots with some drunk guys at the sushi bar. He had at least 3 shots with them while we there and it was only 5 in the evening and they were way too loud for such a small place. Did management change? So sorry, but I can’t recommend anymore!More

We dined here twice since we love sushi and it was directly across the street from our hotel. The rolls were very good and the spicy edamame was just that. The spiciest edamame I have ever had. We will return when we are in Fort...Worth.More

Waited longer than desirable for a table, ended up sitting at the bar. Waited at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge we had sat down and bring menus. They seemed too short staffed for the current lunch rush. One chef was making the rolls...without gloves. I wish I could at least say the place was clean but it didn’t seem to be. The California roll came with mainly avocado and a surprisingly small amount of their krab. Our server was also serving the three women next to us at the bar and they were waiting with their bills to pay for about 10 minutes before the server started side work. At that point we had to get his attention for him to process our payment as well. It didn’t seem like a place catered toward the downtown rush. I would rather go somewhere else for sushi, but might give this place another shot for the bento box lunch.More

Ordered seaweed salad and a rainbow roll. Salad tasted old, like it had been in the container a long time. The rainbow roll was topped with one inch long thin pieces of fish, with the inside of the roll containing very little crab or avocado,...and the rice was gummy. My new way to judge the quality of the sushi establishment is to see how the rainbow roll is prepared. If the fish is premium, fresh, thick and beautifully filleted across the top of the roll, they are on the right track. If not, they don’t deserve to use the word sushi. Will not return.More

We had a variety of dishes. Very good sushi, tasty drinks, yummy love at first sight roll, calamari and dumplings. Only disappointment was a vegetable and chicken stir fry with chewy noodles. Extensive menu, friendly server and nice atmosphere.
