I am from knoxville, tn and regularly frequent Lonesome Dove in Knoxville. I was so excited when I was traveling to Fort Worth and had the chance to attend a private business event at the original location. Unfortunately, the event space and planning on Lonesome...More

Came her for a rehearsal dinner and the food was amazing! The hor d'oeuvre's were really fantastic. Then the meal consisted of an iceberg wedge salad, filet mignon and something like a flourless lava cake that was to die for. The filet was so soft...More

Have eaten there twice and have loved both times. Be sure to make a reservation and put on your best spurs. You'll find some terrific dishes and the service is excellent.

Fantastic food, my wild catch redfish was fantastic, mixed with couscous. The place is very typical western ambiance located in Stock Yards. Recommended

The front of the Lonesome Dove is a bit different and looks like a plain wood door. Open it and the interior is very nice. The bartender was great and mixed great cocktails. We were seated at a nice table. The food was excellent and...More

Hi, We are thinking of having our son's rehearsal dinner at The Lonesome Dove, but we are looking for a more casual menu, not to interfere with the wedding dinner the next night. Do you have a menu that would suit our needs? Is there somewhere we could set up a projector to show some video of the bride and groom to be? Is there dancing? We, the parents of the groom, were hoping someone might be able to teach us Philidelphians some two-step. I look forward to your reply.

It seems your question was directed to me but I don't work there. We did eat in a room downstairs though that would be good for your needs so ask the restaurant about it.

How does parking work? Is there a parking lot or is valet required? Driven by there but never have eaten and have reservations in two days.

There is valet for both Lunch and Dinner service. Valet for lunch is complimentary and dinner it is $5. The only other parking would be public street parking or the pay lot across the street and down a half block.
