It had a been awhile since I last ordered from here but was in the mood for pizza and added a Stromboli because I had never tried from this restaurant. The ordering-to-go process went off without a hitch, however, the Stromboli was under cooked and...at least half of it was inedible. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I was disappointed to realize that there was no offer to make it right in any way. Unfortunately this has soured my experience and it is highly unlikely that I will order from here again.More

Arlene was GREAT! The food was outstanding. We had the lasagna, calamari, anti pasta traditional and Greek salad. All of it was divine and the portions are HUGE!

My first time and I was looking forward to sitting down after a long day at a new place. The dining room was closed so I ordered take out and took it back to the hotel. The food was good but I should have picked...somewhere else that had enough business to keep the dining room open.More

This place used to be very good and I would eat here about once a week; however, lately the service and food is declining pretty rapidly. Servers are rarely employed for more than a couple of months which results in slow poor quality service, the...quality of the food isn't what it used to be, and according to the City of Fort Worth's Health Department website, the kitchen has cleanliness issues.More

Heard about this place from friends who raved about the food. They weren't wrong. Food was great, but also got GREAT service from Keith who was our waiter. It was his service and attention that took our experience over the top!More

Found on TripAdvisor site. Sounded very promising. Went on a Wednesday. After we were seated, I told the waiter (of 2 days, by his words) that we wanted to know about the buy one, get one pizza. He laughed. No, it's on your website we...said. He went to check. Came back and said that was just takeout. It did Not say that in their special section. So we got up and left. Maybe their food is good but we will never know because their concern for their potential future customers is nowhere to be seen.More

Arrived a little after 7pm, saw no diners inside and it looked like most of the staff were outside. I should've left but didn't. Started with a Caesar salad, dressing on the side. Small portion had no croutons. My rating, average. Entrée was the spaghetti...with marinara sauce and meatballs. Portion was small for the price. Pasta was overcooked, too much sauce, meatballs dense, dry and my first bite had a huge piece of gristle. Meatballs terrible, the rest poor. The garlic bread knots were tasty, but they were also dense and on the verge of being under baked. Rating = poor. Thankfully, my server took six bucks off the entrée and comped the salad. Owner needs to spend more time in house, imho. Will I be back? Not likely!More

This is our second visit in a week to visit this wonderful family owned neighborhood jewel. Best pizza we have had and so fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Lasagna was best we have had In quite some time! Homemade sausage was delicious! Wish more family...run restaurants with attention to detail and superb ingredients and “home” flavors were more well known and well supported. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend!!!!!More

Our party of four picked this place using the nearby feature of TripAdvisor. The high ratings and praising comments caused us to land on Vindoli's. I can see the attraction here. It's a lovable hole in the wall. the exterior is a basic run down...strip mall. Inside, the decor is simple, homey and comfortable. The food is genuinely good. The bruschetta was really good. The toast was firm but not overly crunchy. The tomatoes were fresh with a nice drizzle of balsamic on top. The spaghetti & meatballs was fairly basic. I like the marinara sauce, and the meatballs had nice flavoring. The lasagna was similar to the spaghetti in a good way. The pizza was wonderful. I'd do take out any time. It's loaded with cheese and every bite had sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. Really well done. My beef with this place is management. It's absent. Vindoli's runs both a restaurant and carry out pizza side of the house. We arrived at 8:15 PM on a Friday night. No one greeted us. There were two customers already seated. A lone server finally noticed us and gave us a seat. I was put off by the half dozen uncleared tables with food, dishes and crumbs on the floor. When we left two hours later it was still not picked up. The lone server was wonderful. I truly felt sorry for him. The two other guests that were seated when we arrived were bending his ear on a regular basis. It took him about 15 minutes to get back to us to place our order. The food came out at 9:10 PM almost a full hour after we arrived. It was only three tables in the place. We were informed the pizza oven was broken. It turns itself off and lengthens the cooking time. Management never came around. No relief came to the restaurant including the managers and owners to cover the restaurant. The server was very polite. We over tipped as we felt bad for him, but management put him in that situation. I won't be back. There are lots of good food places. When employees get treated badly by owners and management, I'm out.More
