Food literally made us sick about 30 minutes after eating. Pulled pork was huge chunks of mostly fat with a little dry meat. Tasted like chili powder rather than seasonings advertised. Black beans were in greasy chili powdered flavored soup. I have never complained to a manager about food before but we did this time. Waitress was great and could... More

The Gordo Platter with shrimp wrapped bacon, fajitas, and BBQ ribs! It is made for 3-4 people to enjoy. For desert the chocolate pinata giantess to put a smile on the face of young and old alike!

My favorite go-to mexican restaurant -- EVER ! I frequent the FTW area thanks to family located there :) And ALWAYS have to have one meal at Uncle Julio's. We've had many a celebration there from college graduation, to rehearsal dinners, birthdays and more -- we really don't need an excuse to go :) And brunch on Sundays works too!

So the service itself was pretty good but I came with a group of maybe 12 people and we had to wait outside for about close to maybe 1-2 hours! It wasn't great to wait that long even when I believe you pretty much gotta make reservations because it seems like a popular place. You also don't get that much... More

Their Mexican food is Americanized and with all the choices of good Mexican restaurants in the area, I won't return. Not spicy and what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have refried beans? Charro beans was all that was offered. The salsa was excellent but that's about it.

Uncle Julio's never disappoints. The menu is full of variety, from standard Tex-mex to seafood offerings. Great place for fir business or a outing family.

Food was good. chips and salsa were homemade, and the atmosphere was busy but pleasant. service was excellent, and recommendations from our server were very good.

Had the beef and chicken fajitas. The best I've had in a long time. Ask the great staff for the spicy salsa - you will be glad you did... that addition of habenero adds just the right flare. Also, try the chicken tortilla soup - add a little salsa addition and some lime - muy delicioso!

Great food! Love their chips and salsa. My husband and I usually share fajiitas but this time we ordered chili's with the sour cream sauce. They were delicious. Love their swirls! The only negative thing about Uncle Julio's is the NOISE. It can be horrible. I think IF they turned their music DOWN, it would help. Think they are going... More

I was in town visiting family and took them here for brunch. The service was excellent, the food was good. The only downside was the Mimosa was kind of blah, almost warm. Otherwise, a nice time.
