I was a guest of new friends. Had dined there 8 yrs ago and excellent. Remodeling going on so a temporary wall in the middle of the place. Needs sound buffers to soften noise of background music and people chattering. Lights much too bright, needs...softening. My waiter was a tad passive aggressive. I asked for a Chardonnay. It was good but in my asking what brand he insisted it’s a house secret. Said it twice. Did not enjoy his coyness. Would go back but not for supper. Too loud. Had to ask manager to tone down the music. Lots of hard surfaces, so again, too much noise. I could hardly hear the people who were at my table. I’d give the place a 3 out of 5. Food is great. But everything else was an endurance test.More

We went here for brunch on Sunday with our monthly dinner group. There were ten of us. The restaurant is remodeling, or something along those lines so we sat outside on their covered patio. The temperatures have moderated some from our summer highs so it...was comfortable except for those on one side of the table that was in the sun. That got too hot too fast so most everyone gravitated to the one side of the table in the shade. Fortunately, we're all good friends because we were shoulder to shoulder. The biggest downside of being outside, however, was the flies. I can't stand having to shoo flies throughout a meal and that's what we were doing. Put some fans out or something to keep them away!!! The best thing I tasted was the Pacific Dip someone ordered for an appetizer. It tasted like a smoky trout and was delicious. For my meal, I had the Chilaquiles off their brunch menu. They were edible but, in hindsight, I wish I'd had the salmon or some sushi. I just wasn't feeling like a "dinner" meal at 1pm. On the Chiaquiles, the eggs were fine (over easy) but the chips and green salsa over them was a hot mess. Apparently they had been sitting a bit because the chips were soggy. Also, the menu says "fire roasted salsa" and I was expecting a red sauce (which I much prefer to the salsa verde that it was). I think it could easily have said "salsa verde" on the menu. One other person had the Chilaquiles and, without me saying anything, offered a similar opinion. He didn't eat all of his because of the "soggy mess" (his words) that it was. My wife had the Shrimp Tempura Roll and it was excellent. Others had the Ahi Tuna Salad, Lincoln Roll, Arctic Char and several other things and everyone seemed to like their meal. The Lemon Riccota Pancakes and Roasted Potatoes got high marks as well. I rated the Food as 4 stars based on feedback from others and not from the two of us that had the Chilaquiles! We had to wait quite a long time for our food. Not sure what was going on there. I'd say the service was average; not bad but nothing stood out as being above average. If you're going to try it, I'd definitely suggest waiting until they're finished remodeling and are back to "normal". I've got to think that trying to remodel affected multiple aspects of the dining experience from food quality to level of service, ambiance, etc... At least, I hope that's what it was...More

My wife and I were in town for a Conference for a week and decided on Pacific Table for a good seafood dinner. We could not have been happier with the experience. We were celebrating our 42nd Anniversary and the food was perfectly prepared, beautifully...presented and served with precision. It was our favorite meal in Ft. Worth! Our waiter was fantastic and so pleasant and attentive. The hostess accommodated our seating request, and it was an all-around smash hit. And the Coconut pie was outrageous! Thank you for a great dining experience!More

Good food doesn’t make up for a lazy server. Restaurant wasn’t crowded so no excuse there. No booster seats for children

We last ate at Pacific Table in the summer of 2020 ... they've changed their menu a bit since then, but the classics are still there (there's more sushi on the menu now). The Pacific Dip is to die for - I can't figure out...how they make it, but golly it's good. The calamari was disappointing, the flavor was good, but we must have gotten the bottom of the barrel - lots of tiny pieces and crumbles in the basket. The Arctic Char was very good, as was the fish of the night - sea bass. The jalapeño coleslaw was as good as I remembered it. Service was good. The restaurant was packed.More

I reviewed this place about a year ago, and little has changed. The food is good, and on this night the noise level was acceptable. With that said, it is still not on the top of my list for restaurants. My short rib was very...good, but the mixed veggies were marginal. The most disappointing part of the experience, however, was the hospitality level. Our server was professional, friendly, and just all-around delightful, as were the servers that helped her deliver our meals, delivered drinks, etc. The biggest complaint was our table. We intentionally reserved early as it was Saturday evening and the prime time hours fill up fast. When we arrived there were a number of empty tables, but the hottest insisted on seating us by the front door. When the member of our party making the arrangements and reservation asked for us to be move further from the door, the response was, "This is your table." So, we spent our time alternating between a comfortable dining environment and feeling as if we were eating in a sauna as the door opened and the 100 plus temp from outside invaded our space, along with the bodies of those waiting to be seated or hoping for an open table. I suppose, if I ever agree to dine there again, I need to make the reservations and see what the tariff is to make certain we're not seated in a high traffic, drafty area. Oh yes, the Coconut Cream pie was essentially tasteless, except for the crust and something sprinkled on the meringue. It was SWEET though.More

Both the food and service was excellent. The menu was varied and offered many choices. I suggest going early as it starts to get noisy after 6:30.

We ate an early dinner as a late Valentine's Day celebration. The food was excellent as was the service by Alberto. We are still not comfortable eating in crowded spaces but the tables were spread to allow adequate distance between diners. The Cedar Plank Salmon...was perfectly cooked. My wife said the Chiopino was as good as any she has had.More

We ate here because it was open late, and it was on our way home from the symphony. The food was very good. Service just fine. The issue was the ambiance. The "music" was pounding modern screaming with drums. Not exactly relaxing dinner music. You...could not escape the TVs with football games. Really? You can't just talk to each other, you have to watch football all the time? The atmosphere is very echoey, with lots of hard reflective surfaces. So, if what you really want to do is watch football and not be able to talk to the people you are with, this is the place! We might see if it's on doordash, because I was happy with the food. The noise, TVs, and ugly modern artworks were the real problem.More

Their Yuzu Lemon Meringue pie is the best in the business! It is extremely tart, yet elegantly sweet and creamy! The meringue comes to your table still smoking from the flambe’ applied. I often call ahead of time to get orders of pie to go....On this occasion I brought out of town visitors with me. Tamela came by to say hello as she has waited on me on many occasions. I love Pacific Table for everything on their menu. Our waitress was professional and yet friendly enough to make us feel right at home! Thanks again Pacific Table for another stellar dining experienceMore

Pacific Table is one of several restaurants owned by an "acclaimed Fort Worth chef," according to at least one publication. My relationship with the restaurants has been a bit uneven, based on experiences such as the one this weekend. Friends wanted us to meet them...at PT, and I agreed even though my first and only experience to date was less than spectacular. To be fair, that was a lunchtime experience some years ago, but my experiences with the chef's other two restaurants in that area did not have me waiting with bated breath to try PT again. That's the background, here's the evening concisely, I hope. The food was excellent. From the adult beverages to the appetizer, to the entrees there were no complaints about the plating, temperature or taste of the dinner. On the other hand, the place seemed crowded beyond safe limits given the current pandemic, and the noise level was almost unbearable at times. The safety and atmosphere, literally, were not helped by a thunderstorm rolling through and the patrons from the patio cramming inside. Yes, the thunderstorm and response were somewhat beyond the control of the establishment. However, there was absolutely no effort made to minimize crowding. Luckily, we were preparing to leave, so exposure was limited. My final point is this. The food was excellent, the service was very good, and the noise level seems to be the going thing these days. It supposedly makes people feel like the place is hopping, and the fact it helps with table turnover is not a bad thing for the restaurant. I only emphasize the point, as some people simply cannot handle that noise level. The last caveat, and it is just that, not a complaint, is the price. My entree was the pan-fried fish with french fries. The breading on the fish may have been a bit too done for some, but was just right for me. The shoe-string fries were good and plentiful enough to feed at least three people. With that said, I thought the price was a bit on the high side.More

The Mahi-Mahi was blackened expertly while leaving the flakiness and delicate texture to be enjoyed greatly. Complimenting this great dish was a huge serving of jalapeño coleslaw. This fantastic meal was receded by an incredible Caesar’s Salad that was simply world class! The Yuzu Lemon...Meringue pie for dessert is the best in the business! Cannot say enough about my 1st choice for eclectic culinary feasting! When in Fort Worth, Texas, make sure you experience the Pacific Table! You will not be disappointed.More

We called in a takeout order for dinner - fried oysters, scallop salad, and the halibut parmesan. It was read when they said it would be and was well packed for takeout. Everything was excellent. The oysters were fried just right, the scallops were perfectly...seared and butter soft, and the halibut filet was large and out of this world good. Don’t miss the jalapeño coleslaw!More
