Great dinner again. The goat cheese salad is to die for. Gumbo was excellent Again perfect food prep, presentation, service, quality. All this for what we think is reasonable prices including the wine we drank. we have always eaten here when in FW. now we...are moving here and will enjoy this place more often.More

We had cocktails & apps @ the bar, which was nice enough, however the valet charge put a sour note on the evening.

The food is fresh, the service is average, the prices are New York style (or LA pick your choice). Food presentation is not at par with the cost. Some dishes are overpowered by the sauces they are accompanied by. If you are on the expense...account, give it a try.More

We had heard great things about this place. Table for 4 (2 x married couples). ATROCIOUS! From the starters, through to the COMP'D deserts. Starters shared between all...Jumbo Shrimp...overcooked and ZERO seasoning. Texasfella oysters, mealy coating with no flavour, oysters TINY and cooked ok, again...ZERO seasoning. Hush puppies, gummy and surprise...no seasoning. Calamari...SMALLEST serving I have EVER had...between 4...A JOKE! Actually these were the best of all the appetizers. Mains 3 x fish and chips (1 x Redfish ($32), 2 x Halibut ($48) ). We mens both had the Halibut, we both expected the GREATEST FISH AND CHIPS EVER MADE FOR ALMOST $50. Must now point out I am English, so, I know my F&Cs! BLOODY AWFUL! The tempora batter was just flour coating the fish (which was overcooked and dry), ABSOLUTELY NO CRUNCH whatsoever! At this point we complained and they comp'd desert...which were mediocre to say the least. We paid over $400 (inc drinks and tips/tax) for an utterly HORRENDOUS meal...WE WON'T BE RETURNING. BTW...we were there at 5pm 9/25/2021 so not even busy!More

Our friends had recommended Waters. We were not disappointed in anyway. Our server, Val, was pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable and very helpful. The “Dirty Dozen” of fresh, chilled oysters on the half shell were excellent. The Red Fish, Crab Cakes, Swordfish (special) all were outstanding. As...were the gumbo and fresh grilled asparagus. We would highly recommend Waters. I was raised on the East-end of Long Island and really appreciate fresh, well prepared seafood.More

Great dinner on Thursday. The goat cheese salad is to die for. Salmon was perfect. So we returned the next night for the same salad and a dessert of lemon cheesecake. Again perfect food prep, presentation, service, quality. All this for what we think is...reasonable prices including the wine we drank.More

Ate here a couple weeks ago. Sat outside and appreciate the adherence to the suggested COVID precautions. There were two of us. We had the goat cheese/tomato salad, crab cakes, halibut and lobster mac and cheese. It was all prepared perfectly and very tasty. The...mac and cheese was so rich that we both had some and still had leftovers to take home. The halibut was a nice sized portion, not that "deck of cards" size you seem to get nowadays. Good win list with some reasonably priced selections. Will certainly return.More

The oysters are always the best in the city. The Salmon is extraordinary. An IMPROVEMENT on the famous Troisgros brothers preparation, Chef Bonnell out performs anyone selling cooked salmon today. The whole menu is worth having, but the Salmon stands alone as a truly world...class dishMore

My wife and i were visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards and found a great restaurant downtown Fort Worth. From the start the bar was excellent and my wife thought that was the best Expresso Martini that she ever had. I had the Fresh Oysters flown...in that day. I had the salmon while she had the speciality crab cakes which were great and shared the lobster mac and cheese which we took to our hotel and later wished we had ordered the large one because it was super. The staff was attentive and our waitress was excellent. We will be definitely back when we are in town.More

This place is a little fancier than our typical date night restaurants but worth it for a rare treat. We had the crab cake appetizer, 5 oysters, the duck confit, and the chicken breast with grits. It was all excellent. With a coke and a...glass of wine....$130 before tip, so keep that in mind.More

We gave bigger expectations about this restaurant. Didn't happen. It was an above average experience, but no reaching the very good level. No complaints about the service, and the food, but it is nothing out of the ordinary.

My wife and I visited for lunch on Valentine's day. She had seafood gumbo and seared salmon. I have a petite filet mignon. Both meals were served with haricots verts and dirty rice. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our server was cordial, efficient and helpful. All...in all, this was a very memorable experience. Highly recommend Waters for any special occasion.More

Upscale dining without the stuffiness of other high end restaurants. Started with the dirty dozen and enjoyed each and every selection. Paired it with a bottle of NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Highly recommend the crab cakes and the halibut. Everything beautifully prepared and presented. Enjoyed every...bite. A shared creme brûlée was a wonderful finish to a very memorable meal. The icing on the cake was the impeccable warm and genuine service.More
