We came in about noon time but I did order breakfast. I thought the portions were good size, the food came out as ordered and it was hot. Our server was very nice but there was one server who seemed to be having a bad...day as she was very rude! You definitely get the "diner" vibe with the décor and layout of this restaurant. Will definitely try again the next time we are in Fort Worth.More

We went early on a Sunday morning and had no wait. The portions are big enough to share in most cases. We sampled a little bit of everything; eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and of course the fresh squeezed orange juice....All was good and the wait staff was great.More

I’m new to the Ft Worth area and still trying to find great places to eat without spending half my paycheck. We loved this cafe! Even though I was hoping for more gluten free options... I ordered breakfast to satisfy my cravings and needs! Bacon,...egg whites, pancakes, hash browns, OJ and great coffee! So happy we found the Vickery Blvd Cafe ❤️More

My daughter has all day Saturday rehearsals at Stage West theater, so we try to look for nearby local restaurants to grab lunch at. Today was our first time at the Vickery Blvd Cafe. The parking lot was full as was the cafe, this was...a good sign for 1130am on a rainy day. It took less than 10 minutes for a table to open up and in that time we had already perused the menu. If you're looking for homemade comfort foods Vickery Blvd Cafe is the place for you. I ordered the meatloaf with garlic smashed potatoes and fresh cut green beans, while my daughter had the chicken fried steak with hand cut fries and mac and cheese. The meatloaf consists of a blend of pork and beef and is bacon wrapped everything on my plate was cooked to perfection and reminded me of Sunday dinner at my grandmother's house. My daughter's chicken fried steak was fork tender made from New York Strip. I tried a small piece of it, it was tender without being stringy and very well seasoned, probably one of the top 5 chicken fried steaks I've had in my lifetime. The fries were seasoned and cooked through and through. The only let down was the mac and cheese, it seemed as if someone had just poured queso over some noodles that were not even macaroni noodles. Despite this minor setback Vickery Blvd Cafe earns very high marks. It is a bit on the pricey side our 2 plates with drinks set us back $27.60 plus tip.More

Found online before visiting Texas. Looked good. Thought we might want to go there more than once when looking at food pictures. Finally got there. I ordered porkchop special. They were dry and had little flavor other than salt. My friend ordered pancakes. They were...large with raw batter in center and crumbled under her fork. Coffee wasn't good either. Truckstop type food. Disappointed.More

Good breakfast. Menu had lots to choose from, could hardly decide. Chose pancakes/eggs/bacon. All cooked well, great crispy bacon. Friend had Monte Cristo, which was very tasty. Hole-in-the wall restaurant which never cease to fail. Only down was the waitstaff could use a pick-up in...service and attitude. Will be back, though.More
