Nice change from the ordinary

As a family, we decided to try something different. This was a very nice change of pace. Sushi was delicious, Miso soup was outstanding, pork egg rolls were the bomb! Definitely worth another visit!

Lunched, had a very good meal, but yes lunch can get pricey

Had a weekend lunch for two - 2 starters and 2 entrees. All the food was very good, we loved each item we ordered. Service was good, hostess did the job and the waiter/server, though it seemed overly eager he was always watching the table to refill water and check-in without being asked. A lunch meal for two is a bit pricey, but then again if we wanted cheaper we would have ordered less and different items.

Ok sushi and good Ramen

The place is small and very casual. The sushi presentation is average and the Ramen looks better. The only thing i really like was the seared tuna with chips which was good but pricey.

Service was absolutely atrocious. Never checked on us. Had to flag them down every time we needed something. Never filled our waters. Never cleared our plates. The whole time we were there, we had empty plates scattered across the table. My kid said thank you when the server brought his food and he did not even acknowledge the thank you. As for the food. Golly, disgusting. I have never said that about a restaurant even if it was bad, but oh my, this was the worst food I have ever eaten. The "Ramen" noodles were spaghetti noodles. So bad. Sushi rolls had no flavor and were tiny. Oh, server never brought a tray for wasabi and soy, just remebered that, had to flag them down for that too. One roll that was served to us by another server, was delivered while they were on their cell phone. Will never go back.

Long wait for order - no follow up

Ordered some appetizers and ramen and waited an hour for the food. The appetizers were ok but the ramen never came. Finally left ... server checked on us once to let us know that the order would be coming soon. We had to flag down another server to refill our water. Seemed understaffed .... not a pleasant experience at all. Total waste of time!

My last two visits here have been completely different pre-covid. Before covid the food tasted great, quality and good service. The last two visits, both in the last 30 days has been exceptional poor. The very last visit was the worst experience. Service was awful, waitress needs lots of manners and certainly needs to understand what effective and positive customer experience is all about. Pre-covid, food had good quality and was plentiful. Now they are skimping on quality and quantity. A bowl of edamame should be a bowl, not half a bowl, the second order was even less than the first. Huh ? Oh and the second order took 25 mins to arrive. Orders of sushi rolls was smaller and using fake crab meat is bad. The cucumber roll was reduced to approximately half and same price as before. A chicken curry ramen dish that says crispy bone-in cornish hen should be just that, not slight pieces of whatever it was. Where was the crispy and the bone-in ? The ramen that was used tasted cheaper than the ramen you can buy at local grocery stores for 20 cents each. And using frozen peas and carrots, ala "green giant" does not replace what was supposed to be in there - fresh cut carrots and edamame peas. No thank you.

Great birthday lunch with the family

Staff was very attentive and helpful with the menu items. Menu was not too descriptive for some of the items so we had to Google a couple of things too. Food was excellent though and served promptly. We had 3 different ramen bowls, one spicy tuna roll and pork eggrolls as appetizer. Didn't really like the jasmine tea but that was a minor issue.

It wasn’t very good but outside of that the waitress didn’t know the menu - then when she brought the bill (54$) I gave her a hundred an she responded with how much change do you want? Uh, all of it. Tipping to me is something I decide and leave it- I don’t know it was just the way she said it . Incredibly rude. There is a LOT of places with this particular cuisine... nothing about this one makes me want to come back .

I called and set an appointment. So far, so good. I was greeted and taken to a table. When I ordered the seafood ramen special, I was brought a pork ramen bowl. It was replaced. I also ordered a diet coke with no ice and received a diet coke with ice and the refill was the same, despite my requesting no ice due to recent dental procedure. The sushi roll was a seafood blend and arrived so late, I decided to take it home. The meal was filling and was good. Nothing special about the food or the service that night. Maybe it had something to do with me being a solo diner.

Pretty good food here. The wife had Saikou Ramen at 2 hotness and it was pretty edgy. One son had a Ramen bowl at 1 hotness and it wasn't hot at all. I had the chicken fried rich which wasn't advertised in the menu but it was on the board by the front door. Overall a great experience at a decent price.

Excellent food, though a bit pricy for lunch

My son and his wife highly recommended this restaurant, so we all headed out to check it out. My wife asked about the various broth selections for the Ramen and the staff kindly brought out small bowls of each broth so that we could have a sample taste. My son, his wife and I decided to go with Tonkotsu Ramen with pork slices. It was fantastic. My youngest ordered the teriyaki beef and thought he had gone to heaven. My wife had the veggie ramen and loved.

Good Neighborhood Sushi and Ramen

My wife and went there for our anniversary. The place is in a strip center just off I 35-W on the north side of Fort Worth. It is family friendly and there is a huge menu. We ordered a Cowboy roll for sushi and I had a dry ramen pork peanut dish with a cucumber salad. My wife had a ramen dish with pork as well. The waiter was very new and did not know the menu or the specials. He was friendly and tried. It is a good idea to go to the website and see the menu before going. Since it was rainy, there was no wait for seating. The place offers alcoholic beverages; but I had the green tea and water. The tea was not my favorite. The food was quite fresh, but the sushi takes a while and the waiter did not tell us. He also forgot to get a spice rating for either of us, so we got bland versions of the dishes we ordered, except for the roll. The roll was tasty, but smaller than other similar restaurants in the Alliance corridor. The place is handicapped accessible and offers meals for vegans and vegetarians. It does not have much decor, but the food is fresh and prepared in an appetizing manner. We will go back and see if the service is better.

Great place for lunch!

The air conditioner in our house was out so looking for a cool place to have lunch and we stopped in on July 4th. So glad we did! We both had the Bento Sushi boxes and it was way more than either of us could eat. Great sushi at a fair price which can be hard to find!

Best Ramen and Sushi

Another traveler I met recently highly recommended this fairly new Restaurant in Ft Worth so I decided to try it as soon as I arrived there for our convention. What a great lunch! Waitress Diana was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Loved the Kale Ramen in an amazing broth. Sushi with crawfish and mango was outstanding. Very pleasant and modern decor. Took a friend back two days later for lunch again. Same great food and experience.

Came in for lunch. House ramen with level 1 spice had good flavor with heat. Also had a signature New Year roll which tasted like nothing. Again, happy with the ramen, but will try more sushi to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Friendly and helpful staff
