Food was excellent, some of the best Mexican food I've ever had actually. The place is not very big, not a lot of frills, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I met the owner on the way out, and she was very humble and grateful after I told her how much I had enjoyed the meal.

This restaurant is a gem and is exemplary for hospitality, quality food, and impeccable cleanliness. The food is absolutely delicious! Be advised that the restaurant does not serve alcohol, but there is a drive-thru (yes drive thru) liquor store right down the street where you can purchase your dinner drinks beforehand. While there I looked the restaurant up online and... More

We jumped into TripAdvisor to find a place to eat on our way home. It was getting late, kids are hungry, I am grouchy, so its not a good combo. We see this place and venture in. The food was great, a blend of Tex-Mex with some New Mexican flair. Staff was friendly and respectful. Watched a couple of guys... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at Mi Casita. It's a very authentic, family atmosphere. The chips and salsa, rice and beans and quesadillas were our favorites. Also we enjoyed the chicken enchiladas, although we preferred the green sauce to the red. The servers were very attentive and courteous. Great place!

We stopped at Mi Casita in Fort Stockton on our way to El Paso. We had a nice experience for lunch. The food was well prepared and very good. Owners were very involved and very nice people.

On the road from Houston to Coos Bay. Found a decent room right across the street from this place so decided to walk over and grab some Mexican food. I had the stuffed burrito with chicken and green sauce and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! The burrito was stuffed with a good amount of chicken very good... More

Pure Texas hospitality from Rechelle! She was kind, gracious, and took care of us weary folks after our long drive! The food was great but the service made the whole experience fantastic! Thanks Rechelle!

We stop here passing through Fort Stockton for dinner. There was A lively geriatric crowd. The food was pretty good. All in our party liked their meals. I tried one of the combination plates, and while I could have easily eaten the larger portion meal, I was satisfied with the three portion combination. They do not have horchata, which is... More

Daughter, grandkids, wife and I stopped to eat before 2 pm closing time. They open back up about 5ish, closed Sat & Sun. Small, quaint Mexican restaurant. The dishes we all had, enchilada, combo, green chile and kids plates were all good. Food was tasty with just enough spice. Good family recipes. Chips and salsa hit the spot. For dessert... More
